Reception was very polite and very accommodating to what ever, if it was question or just a little chat. Housekeepers was smiling and did an good job. Even if it is a party area outside, it did not make to much noise or bother that much. I was there in low season, 3 weeks in october, so might be another story in high season.

I changed room 3 times, that was no problem at all. 1st was the pipes in room downstairs, 2nd was the AC did not work and the 3rd was me wanted to go back to the other room. But all 3 room had an noisy fridge, but problem solved by take out the plug during sleep.

I stayed in one of their jacuzzi suites and really enjoyed the relaxing bath,they provide an essential oil bath bomb which fills the bath with foam...It has a separate shower too...the room is very large and has microwave,large fridge w/freezer compartment,huge balcony and a curved screen internet TV with YouTube...It is very near the bars and the beach too

Great hotel, only 5 walk from beach wondeful white sand beaches so much to do and reax food and drinks available on beach area staff very polite and helpful, bedroom very clean and tidy wonderful bar's and restaurant in walking distance from hotel less than 1 minute away hotel has its own massage parlour as well as others in walking distance not expensive and very professional great swimming pool and sunbed area one can relax. Night life amazing lots live music bands in some wonderful bars , .example, the red bar is well worth a visit , bus / station only 10/ 15 minutes walk to and from hotel excellent shopping mall and night markets great variety on transport available and cheap to use and many tours available from hotel and agent ye well worth visiting

The shower in the hotel room is not very good. The shower head to low should head height and sink bowel control, not good water splashes over only comment in my room

I've lost count how many times I've stayed here. It's a wonderful place to stay, clean and modern rooms with a safe, kettle and fridge in each room and daily housekeeping. The staff in particular are very friendly whether it's reception staff or housekeeping. The hotel is in an excellent location just a 3-4 mins walk to Soi Bintabaht and less than 10 minutes to the beach. I always take a pool / garden facing room as quieter in the evening time although with the Aircon on you won't hear much anyway from the local bars. Also all the pool / garden facing rooms have a balcony. Already booked the next stay in December!

Location is idea for the beach nightlife and getting around. Friendly and efficient room staff, I liked the pool a lounge area for those do nothing moments. The clothes washing service was quick, well done and a reasonable cost

The hot water in the shower and wash hand basin was bearly tepid, and little difference with the cold tap. Despite asking for assistance at the reception the issue was not fixed. Breakfast was not included but there are loads of eating places for all tastes within a short walk.

I have never experienced such lovely, friendly staff. The moment we arrived we knew we had made the right choice. After being In the room for an hour we decided to cancel our next planned stay further up the beach and stay longer at the Anchan. The pool is quaint and so relaxing,just what you need to cool down. Beds are very comfortable and the drinks are well priced. The location is perfect for the beach and night market, plus very near to the bars yet you can't hear any loud music

The hotel is situated right besdide the nightlife area, yet it is quiet. It is a 10 minute walk to the night market in one direction and the beach in another. The room was big and clean, if not a bit dated. The bathroom was a bit badly designed-if you used the wash hand basin, the water would bounce out, bad design by the manufacturer I suppose. The water in the shower wasn't that warm, but then again it wasn't cold, and usable. Everything else was good, even plugs by the bedside for phone charging etc. The staff was brilliant, very accommodating and helpful. I had a bit of a drip coming from my ceiling, which could have been from condensation, or a leak, but whatever my room was changed right away and I was upgraded to a balcony, which was nice. I didn't use the pool, but it looked lovely and clean and had plenty of recliners. OK, it's not a 4 or 5 star hotel, but for the price you are getting the best quality you could expect.

Best massage in hua hin, superb location, small pool open 24/7, nice modern rooms and most of all price. It's hard to find anything comparable for that price (a bit over 1000thb).

It's a bit noisy at night, but make sure to take a room on the pool side it makes a huge difference. The shower and sink are very modern, but the designer didn't think of practical use. The roof shower is terrible, and the sink is too far away from the tap, so prepare to get wet every time you use it. The bed is a bit hard.

Property was in good location for bars, although we didn’t like how pushy some of the ladies were at nighttime in the massage parlours. The hotel itself is perfect, great value for money with excellent staff and nice swimming pool area. The room was very clean and provided everything we needed. The beach is a short walk away and you can go to the mall which is very impressive for 100 baht in any Tuk tuk. Overall I would recommend this hotel, the massages the hotel provides was also great value for money.

Excellent location for night time activity and touristy things. Well equipped, comfortable rooms and I enjoyed the use of a balcony that I paid slightly higher room rate for. Pool was small but a welcome escape from the heat.

TV needed a simple re-tune via the remote before finding only a couple of English speaking channels. The shower worked very well but needs a shower curtain to avoid flooded floors. Laundry prices far too high considering a few doors down it's a fraction of the price. Late check out request (by just 2 hours) was denied despite the whole resort being dead.
