This hotel is absolutely fantastic value for money. I would stay here again with no doubt. We had the terrace room with a connected family terrace room for myself and my 3 adult daughters. We absolutely loved it and it felt like a big apartment. Beach just across the road. Great location and it felt like a 5 star small resort. The staff were excellent and I thank you for your wonderful service.

the tides take up all of the beach sometimes near this hotel. There were days when I could not get to the beach unless I walked a ways toward the mall. Overall beach is not that great in this area of Hua Hin. Sand flies from all the horses pissing on the sand.

Almost everything about our stay was fantastic. The d2 in Hua Hin is excellent, featuring spacious rooms with a stylish blend of modern, zen, and wooden elements, and the staff were both friendly and helpful. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the quiet evenings ensured restful nights. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The food was delicious, and the rooftop happy hours were a great way to kick off the evenings. The hotel’s shuttle service to the local night markets, which we visited three nights in a row, was a real bonus. We had an amazing long weekend and will definitely return.

We were slightly disappointed with the breakfast. While there was a diverse selection of Western and Asian dishes, there were very limited healthy options available in the morning. More vegetables or neutral choices would be beneficial for guests with specific dietary needs. Despite this, the hotel was excellent overall, and we had a fantastic long weekend. We will definitely return.

2 Medium-SizeTwin Beds, great mountain view, clean & new renovation(about 2-3 years already), Free drinking water(Singha Water) for up to 10 bottles per day. Low(even thought not Super Low) noise Air Conditioning(Central Air control via Brand Daikin controller on Wall). Good breakfast with both American & Thai spicy cuisine(love the noodle but porridge need to improve on softer rice). Excellent security with elevator that require the room key card to press on in order to go up to your room. The shower water is great & hot water is quick with great shower equipment.

The TV should include some of the missing Thai Digital Channels such as Nation TV 22, TNN channels still not fix in 2 months as this is my 3rd time staying within these 2 months. Problems with the push buttons for not_disturbing/cleaning_room, it's broken as one one day we pressed cleaning_room before leaving but it still showed "Red" so no cleaning/make_up room on that day by the maid, should use the badge instead. The trash in the bathroom should change to a larger one, if possible use those with sensor open/close would be better.

The highlight for me was the breakfast that was very nice, with a good selection of thai and western options and with a station cooking noodles or eggs on demand. The breakfast restaurant is beautiful and confortable. The pool was also nice, adjacent to a little gym with a rack of weights and a few good quality cardio machines. All staff was friendly and welcoming. Bed was very comfortable and soft.

If I'm nitpicking, some of the seats at the pool are a bit battered by the elements and could do with a refresh.

5 Singha Drinking Water per day with request up to 10 bottles per day free of charge !!! The Central Air used is brand Daikin low noise. The bed is comfy.as a whole, we experienced backache on the first 2 days and asked to front desk to fold the mattress up-side-down and the problem was solved. The breakfast is excellent with American style pancake/waffle adding some Thai assorted dishes like congee, vegetable & salad is good with beetroot. The room is big with 2 twin queen beds and one working table/chair. The room I got was a mountain view thanks to the reception K.Pang as we stayed for 11 nights. The bathroom is great, water is hot in a minute, shower and washing basin and sanitory are all brand American Standard, very nice is that a weighing scale underneath the basin. The TV is on the wall 55" pretty big brand Samsung. Lighting inside the room is great, you can use the Master switch to turn off all the lights when going to bed. Plugs & charging USB ports are provided enough for laptop & mobiles. Not forget to mention that all the room doors are very heavy so every room won't hear the TV or loud talking from others, very quiet within the room. The parking is enough both underground & above. You can walk across the road going down to the beach about 300 meters. The lift is brand Shindler very quick & safe. During my stay, there's a power blowing electric short circuit incdident and all emergency lights & power came up, all these are well covered by Dusit International Standard so safe. Bluport shopping center is only 100 meters walking distance as well.

The trash inside the bath room should be larger, my suggestion is to change to Xiaomi Ninestar 10L auto sensing easy for guests. The smell inside the elevator no good, should put some fragrance there. The air conditioning vent louver above should put it the way not blowing to sleepers' heads, I had to use the chair to stand up changing the louver directions.

I had a wonderful experience with the staff, who were exceptionally friendly and provided excellent customer service. The room was immaculate and exceeded my expectations. The dining room was quiet and peaceful, providing a calm atmosphere. I would also like to commend our waitress, Preeya, for her outstanding service during our 5-year anniversary dinner. She was attentive and made the evening extra special for my boyfriend and me.

I wish there an air conditioner room for Som Bar or a private room( not sure if they have one or not, we didn’t ask), the surrounding is good but because it so close to the pool, a bit loud very hard to have a romantic dinner. Our room number is 711, we only had one shower towel, which a bit disappointing because we only stayed for one night and don’t want to make a big fuss about a shower, romantic night sharing one towel lol.

Forgot last time to mention was the the W-Fi conneciton, it's excellent even when you go for breakfast in the morning, it automatically connect ! Coffee & Tea with boiler are available in room with no charges. 10 Singha water per day which is exceptionally convenient so as you don't need to buy more from 7-Eleven & carry them up to your room.

The bed had to be flipped up-side-down as initially I got into backache, but after the flip it was ok. The TV remote control had to changed to a new one 5 times. The light bulb near the window blinked and need to be changed. The aircon even it's branded Daikin, the low fan still make some noise, it'll be nice if can be tuned to a lower noise.

I had an exceptional stay at your hotel, and I want to extend my heartfelt thanks for the surprise cake provided upon my request. It was a delightful touch that truly made my visit special. This is a modern hotel. Super clean. All the Staff was Superb. Check in and check out was so quick. Kids club and pool were very nice. It is compatible to many 5 Star hotels. I will definitely return

I liked everything but only have one advice regarding breakfast that there were very few choices for vegetarian and Muslims. No fish no vegetables. This aspect may please be looked into. There is no harm in keeping one dish of fish and vegetable
