The hotel is wonderful. Lovely room, very comfy bed, an amazing pool you can do lengths in, incredibly tasty breakfast with everything you could want. Staff are very friendly and helpful, it really was a pleasure. Used the gym - good for cardio but just dumbbells and a bench for weights. Great rain shower.

Nothing to hang your clothes which was a right pain - a rack on the balcony would go a long way. More light would be nice in the suite, you can't see very well. I also think it would help in the rainy season to have a covered area for restaurant tables. I wanted to eat at the hotel a few times but it was raining a lot and there was nowhere to sit, so ended up going to another place.

The property is amazing it’s right on the beach away from the busy area. We chose a room with a pool so my 4year son could swim whenever he liked (especially with him struggling with the time zone change). The staff are fantastic and friendly we were especially grateful with Game (who was a friendly face at buffet break) who was able to give us advice and book a tour for us which was fantastic day out and was cheaper than booking online.

The property is well kept and tidy with a few minor issues (tiles loose in the pool) which when bought to their attention is fixed right away.

The staff can make or break a stay, at the Marrakesh the staff were fantastic. Friendly, very good at their job and always with a smile and greeting, the majority spoke and understood English, that is very important for a relaxing holiday. The location right on the beach was beautiful, not in the hustle and bustle further along the stretch of beach, no hawkers or umbrellas taking away from the view. Our room was huge with king bed, walk in wardrobe and the shower was very impressive. The balcony with its huge day bed and double spa was fun, privacy blinds were a good touch. Breakfast was a great start to the day, choices oh my so many from eggs cooked to your liking, Asian, European hot food and pastries were all there for you. Coffee of many styles, tea and fresh juice. Big ✔

It was wet season so hot and humid and because of that we didn't use the balcony much, a ceiling fan would make a great difference.

Spacious room and balcony, good pool and sea view, beachfront infinity pool, delicious breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.

Too many mirrors within the room.

When entered the room I was completely wowed, especially at the jacuzzi on the balcony and the suite decor was really lovely. The suite was bigger than my flat so I was thrilled with all the space and dressing area. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were perfect. I loved the direct access to the beautiful beach and enjoyed quite a few swims in the sea. The beach area was very clean and the sea was like a bath. The pool was also very nice. This place was just what I needed after a couple of weeks backpacking. The staff were all very pleased and helpful. Professional but not in your face.

Some instructions on how to work the TV would be good, I would have liked it for a music channel. But no Biggie.

The room was different. Two enormous beds. A jacuzzi bath on the balcony and rainbow mosaic tiles on the floors in the bathroom and the (separate) toilet. A clean hotel with courteous staff. Good beach access and a nice part of the beachfront with soft sand. Good location, close to town and to the shopping malls.

Brown paint on the walls in the bathroom, toilet and hanging areas make it very dark. The lighting does not compensate adequately. But something unusual! Red glass mirrors on the wall opposite the beds makes you feel as if you are watching a 3D movie without the glasses. Not the best choice. Breakfast is only OK. Coffee awful.

The beachfront seats next to the pool were our top rank within our family. Great Location with beautiful and clean beach. Maids, parking personnel and concierge are excellent and friendly. Chinese Dough was good. Cocktails were well mixed. Price for food and drinks are reasonable.

Front desk staff.... They provided incorrect information, more than twice. Suggestion to more often communicate with other colleagues from different sections to have a one voice policy and not to deliver wrong info, e.g. Arrival of monks in the early morning or menu of the day for breakfast. Referring to Breakfast, staff were not concentrated. Need to wait and repeat about how we want to get our eggs and coffee more than twice as well. Long waiting time for dinner. No noise cancellations for rooms. We could hear all the steps above us. Few parking lots. A lot of mosquito despite the spraying. There are 'difference' standard on how to treat local and foreigners. In general it is well designed hotel. Nice for social media postings, about functionality we may need to discuss...

Friendly and helpful personnel, most with a good command of English. The room was spacious and kept clean. The breakfast buffet was tasty and had plenty of variety. The jacuzzi on the balcony was really nice. The design and interiors were nice overall. Great with gym facilities 24/7.

A bit too humid in the room, and the bidet shower was not kept from rust. There were not enough sunbeds and parasols at the pool area. The personnel at the bar opened a storage room in the afternoon with pillows and mattresses to lay on but why wait until the afternoon as there is a need already in the mornings.

The location was fantastic! The property goes right up to the sand with easy beach access. We prefer a more private feel, and this was great! You could walk extensive ways down the beach to the right or to the left. We walked all the way down the beach to the left and were happy to see the windsurfers and the little beach chairs/beach shops down the way but were happy to not have any immediately outside of our hotel. We had lived in Morocco for three years, and it was nice to have some of the ambiance present at the Marrakech Hotel. Although the mint tea wasn't exactly of Moroccan flavor, we appreciated the few Moroccan items at the restaurant and the decor throughout the hotel. Although the rooms were dark, they were well decorated, and I really enjoyed having the room with the fountain pool. The Moroccan afternoon tea set was wonderful, although the cuisine itself was not really Moroccan.

We were excited to have some Moroccan dishes for dinner and then expected some Moroccan breakfast dishes. This was not the case. The breakfast was still wonderful, just not aligned to a typical Moroccan breakfast.
