The breakfast was quite nice but could do with a couple more options. All the staff were very nice. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Location was great, about 10 mins by car/motorbike from centre. Originally booked for couple of days but liked hotel so much we extended for a couple days more. It's a really nice hotel. The rooms are big the beds are huge and comfortable and the overall quality of the hotel is great. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. It has a great pool that runs the full length of the hotel and a small gym that overlooks it. The pool has sun loungers and very comfortable oversized bean bags all around it. The hotel has a slight industrial feel to it from the outside but don't let that put you off. For the money this hotel is charging it's great value. The rooms are a little dated. But not tatty or run down. Just in decor. The main thing is they are super comfortable with almost everything you need. location wise..You can walk to Hua hin in about 40 minutes but book a GRAB car with the app and it costs about 100bht to get there. What's great about the location is .. it's very quiet and across the road from the queen's park and beach. This hotel is a little gem and great value.

Location will be a little bit out of the way if you don't have a car, but we knew this when booking because we have stopped in a similar area before. The only real negative would be the noise from other guests as they enter the corridors of the hotel. This is down to it being a tiled corridor that leads off to all the rooms. So occasionally you will hear completely inconsiderate people who are coming in at 2am or going for breakfast at 8am whilst talking and slamming doors. This is not the fault of the hotel so it doesn't reflect on it at all. It's more to do with some people being what we in Spain call coños.

difficult to communicate with their staff due to language, also many requests ignored , Resturant limited. no phone at the villa to contact room service . value of money

Large room, huge bed, great bathroom plus all the little things. Clean & comfy. Note when a lot of guests, breakfast is an extensive buffet. If just a few guests, breakfast is to order and more than you can eat if you order everything. Food in their restaurant was good & not overpriced. Wine by the glass was good too. Fantastic long pool for laps (80m) plus a separate kids pool.

A bit out of the main area, so very few places to eat or drink around there. Their restaurant bar closes at 8 pm. The sushi bar 500 m to the north & open till late, is worth a walk/ride. A 10 minute walk out to the main road and the green song taow (15B taxi truck). No real problem in the day, there are free bikes. Might be an issue if you are not a biker or walker, although there is a complementry van bus twice a day, into the city.

the pool is incredible , the staff are fantastic and very friendly . Our room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable! The hotel is very clean and lovely , also the breakfast was great . would highly recommend

only small problem is you are a bit out of town , however you can use a bike for free for two hours or get a grab or even walk if you are able to as it is a paved road all the way so not to bad

Great complex room perfect 2nd floor over looking the pool it was not busy when I was here

So far from city centre 200 baht there by taxi and a tul tuk for 200 baht back to hotel so u have to put on 400 baht for trips out 7-11 is miles away every time I wanted a fag had to go to reception area as its the only area to smoke

- The room is big and clean, all in-side room facilities were standardized. - Room price was reasonable. - The hotel prepared the cake for BD's surprised. - Staff was so nice and well-manners - Tge hotel is in the central areas, close to the beach, night market, etc.

It is a wonderful property with access to beach as well as the facilities inside the property is wonderful. It has a big swimming pool as well as children play area. The room is smartly designed and the staffs are very helpful and supportive.

It is the best property nothing to complain.

Pool Villa was very clean and staff was very helpful and kind. The private pool is not too small, the hotel pool is big and clean. We loved our stay.

Maybe the 7/11 or Villa market (at index living mall) is a bit far by walk (15 min walk) but they do have free bikes you can take.

Nice room clean and everything you need in it breakfast was chosen from menu for two days and buffet one Day two of the days hotel was very quiet one of the days we didn't see anyone else but one of the days 200 Thai people turned up so a lot better

If you have no car there is nothing there not even 7/11
