Big clean room with plenty of wardrobe space and comfortable beds. Very good breakfast with real coffee and eggs cooked to order and plenty of seating. Staff really nice and professional and garden/pool areas very well kept. Free shuttle into main shopping/eating area at 6pm and 7pm. Would definitely recommend.

Shower always lukewarm at best and position of shower head made it difficult not to splash the toilet area.

whenever we have some problems, the staffs always be there for us and try to help us fixing ! and the surrounding is convenient and comfy for staying, lying under the sunlight and swimming in the pool or hanging around the place it’s awesome !

maybe there are some mosquitoes in the room but they are from the outside to get through the bathroom’s window so you have to make sure the bathroom door is closed then the mosquitoes won’t come inside from the window

It is advertised as a boutique hotel and that is what it is. Its quite charming, the rooms are large, bed is comfy and the pool very good

Breakfast wasn't great and the aircon struggles a bit. The hotel is situated a couple of miles from town so you need a taxi or transport. Plenty of lights in the room but none brighter than a candle. Overall its a nice hotel in a quiet location

Me and my vife were 11 days in Hua Hin Villa and enjoied it very much. The staff was super helpfull. Very nice breakfast, and the pool was super clean. When we was leaving, we ask them to call a taxi for us to the Airport , then they said, we will drive You to the Airport. Super place to stay. Jan

The friendly staff and great atmosphere. It’s a small tradition Thai hotel with old world charm. Swimming pool was lovely and breakfast was very good. Good value for money. Even extended our stay here for a few days.

The walk into the centre (takes about 15 minutes) but I knew this before I booked. Easy to get a Grab taxi for 100 baht. On the plus side it’s in a very peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle.

The staff were amazing, so helpful, polite and accommodating. There is a free shuttle bus to the town on the hour until 6pm which is ideal as you are a little way out of the town. It is a very peaceful, tranquil retreat where you hear the myriad of birdsong throughout the day. The rooms are adequate and are extremely clean.

I like the staff, theyre very accomodating. they are very patient too and helped us in everything. the food are delicious too, i ate a lot.

it's not that i didnt like, but the place is a bit far from the beach but it's ok because you can rent motorcycle from the resort. overall, it was good!!! I would recommend the place to anyone.

Staff were great, pool is lovely, it's a short walk to the beach. Several nice areas to sit and relax outside. Lovely Italian restaurant opposite, and street food within walking distance in the evening.

Buffet breakfast too basic for the price. Shower head didn't spray well, A little far from the centre.

Some furniture and electronic appliance are so old and broken. For example, hair dryer, air-conditioner (It's cool but take long time). The faucet is loose.
