Very nice hotel, neat, comfortable, and with all the facilities for a perfect family weekend. The beach access is really pleasant, and the pools are great. The breakfast is generous, and the various restaurants are very good. Let's not forget the staff, who are still friendly.

The check-in and check-out process was still excessively long. We arrived at the exact time check-in was supposed to start, and our room was not ready at all. We had to wait for 2 hours with a young child, which is quite unacceptable. At the bar, while waiting, the tables and cushions were covered in pigeon droppings, but they still seated us anyway. No one comes to tell you that the room is ready; you have to ask every 10 minutes or so. At breakfast, when you arrive, they make you wait, and for some obscure reason, everyone who arrives after you is seated before you. At the pool slide, many teenagers are using dangerous accessories and injuring the little ones. You have to complain before someone intervenes for safety, which is also not great.

It was excellent all around. Although our rooms were near the kids pool so that got noisy other than that it was great. The staff was excellent and made our stay very comfortable. We would like to thank the entire staff at Marriott Hua Hin. Especially would like to mention the Concierge team who were always smiling and helpful. Ms. Toey, Joe, Leorn and Ma. Ms. Toey was really helpful and always smiling and helped arrange a restaurant booking for our family on Christmas eve which was not easy as everything was prebooked. Thank you very much Ms. Toey.

Just the kids pool area should be away from the rooms on both sides of the property. Maybe if the kids pool can be centered it in the middle it would make the rooms quieter.

I have stayed at this hotel 6 times already and with no doubts I can say that this is one of the best resorts in Thailand and probably in the whole SE Asia. There is nothing similar available in Australia where I am from. Like all Marriott hotels it's not cheap but this particular one tops my list of all Marriott hotel I've ever been to. Facilities are great, staff are amazing, rooms are comfortable and they have the best breakfast selection I've ever seen in my life. I am bit tired of Hua Hin but I still keep coming there only because if this hotel. Hats off to a management team!

Everything great. Loved the pools and spent a lot of time there. Plenty of loungers and no diffculty in securing one. There is an adults only pool, very peaceful to lie there and read. Free iceblocks at children's pool side, real treat. Our grandchildren loved the lazy river and the slides. Breakfast the best we have ever had. Something for everyone and different tastes. Went to Happy hour most nights. Kids club which the 2 children aged 6 and 4 went to on some days. The soccer was enjoyed. Room on floor 5 which we upgraded to and had a lovely view out to the sea. Next door to hotel a great massage place which unfortunately I only discovered at end of holiday. But there are many massage places close by. easy to get transport to places.

the restaurant on site was a bit disappointing with wrong order and a very long wait for our meal order to be taken. we complained did get compensation at the time for this which is good as we were there for a special birthday-a 40th. Seemed to be bit overwhelmed with number in group,12 of us.

Breakfast expensive and long queue F&B expensive as alternatives are stone throw away Ponies blocking the entrance and exit to the Beach, they looked sad and there should not be touting like this to the guests of Marriott Hua Hin

The whole property is just amazing - during the quiet hours of the day in particular. Tranquil and beautiful. The rooms are not particularly „Thai styled“ (as some instagram people might expect in thailand) but they are spacious, modern, organised and of very high quality. The breakfast in particular is brilliant. The food overall is very good. The staff is absolutely outstanding, one of the best I have experienced. The resort is kids friendly - I am personally not a great fan of them so this worried me/us however, there is a great and natural separation so it’s not annoying and or particularly noisy and reading on the balcony was always possible without any issues. It was that good that we booked again for Christmas this year!

The location is more towards the tourist side of Hua Hin which is a tad annoying as night market and the area around the Hilton are not our cup of tea however - the south of Hua Hin with better restaurants and more quiet bars is just a tuk tuk away. Drinks are a tad overpriced but it’s part of the deal when staying there.

The grounds were magnificent. This plus the very quiet surroundings made it perfect for a relaxing vacation. The buffet breakfast was superb. I especially enjoyed the Sunrise Breakfast at the restaurant on the beach. The staff were always polite, smiling and helpful. The bartenders Mathew and Eve served us at the Happy Hour every night. The drinks were always good and chatting with both of them was very pleasant.. Mai, another worker, spent several minutes giving us helpful information about Hua Hin. I used the concierge service several times a day and was always pleased by the way they provided assistance. I was very pleased to learn that most of the workers and staff are from Hua Hin.

It's awesome！I am living on the upper floor, and it is visually excellent! The pool n sea view is excellent. Staff are very nice and patient. You could notice they focus on helping you once u get off the car in front of the hotel Lobby. Explain kindly all facilities available upon our check-in so u could never miss what they have well prepared for customers. we enjoyed a lot the buffet, bakery for breakfasts, good food n super nice environment. We massage there, the therapists make u very relaxed. We swim in the pool, and drinks n towels are well prepared. We joined the beach dinner as well, the food is yummy n the fire show is excellent. All of the staff are wearing sincere smiles, so u will never regret choosing this resort. last but not least, the location is super good, u could go to the night market within 10 mins by Grab n walking distance a mall is available.

the facilities and the pool bar drinks and pool bar staff are really nice. the old fashioned made by female bartender named Maple was very delicious and she was so cool. the pools are nice. one of the breakfast buffets has alcohol bloody Mary's and sparkling wine mimosas available. the security guard as you exit to the beach was nice. check in and check out staff were friendly and fast. when checking in they walk you to your room which was nice and check in staff Ant was friendly. the breakfast buffet was yummy but not the best I've had at Marriott. the water pressure and hot water speed and temperature is excellent.

the at your service staff wheh you dial zero were not very friendly and not very flexible. check in.out time at the lobby was very crowded but they did have extra staff to make the process fast. the manager wandaya or something like that was not very friendly. I was disappointed with the at your service staff. I wish Marriott would invest in higher quality pastries. some.of the hot foods could be a little tastier but overall pretty yummy. cleaning staff was just ok but they didn't do a thorough job and didnt hang bathrobe and tie it neatly as other Marriott maids do.

Extremely comfortable room which overlooked the beautifully maintained pools and garden. I really enjoyed swimming here. The room and balcony are both spacious. Loved the spa facilities but take the Thai massage only if you really know what you're in for! Seems like a great place to have a family holiday - there are multiple activities and pools for kids that were being availed and enjoyed by guests with children.

The breakfast rate wasn't included and was quite steep in addition to the room. There are two restaurants, Amber Kitchen and Big Fish that offer breakfast, and while Amber has a wideee variety of delicious options, the other barely had a fifth of Amber's variety but charged the same rate. This didn't make any sense. The resort is at the beach but beware of jellyfish!
