Loved the place! Simple clean cozy the staff is always (!!!) smiling and helping in everything they can. The location was good for us because we were with a car, 12 min drive to city center. We loved the pool with the river view, also the restaurant is wonderful, on a rainy evening we chose to stay there and eat there and this was a great choice, great food and great service.

The only thing I can say is the mattresses in both the double and single beds, very hard. Having said that it didn’t change the good experience.

I have stayed in many hotels around Thailand and I will say this is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the gardens are absolutely immaculate and beautiful. The food in the restaurant is very good and better still the prices are the same you would pay outside which surprised me because most hotels over charge.. Met the owner and she is a lovely lady.

Nothing to dislike

Excellent location, large rooms with balcony, lovely infinity pool over the river kwai, good breakfast, and good generally.. clean and excellent service.. lovely gardens and landscapes. Plenty parking space..

TV stations could have more international channels... and restaurant and bar service can be extended to later hours for outdoor seating by the pool area..

The hotel was lovely 😍! The facilities were clean, the staff were amazing! Treat you like a 5 Star hotel. Our experience was brilliant. Thank you very much 😊 esp Lit & lang! Them guys were brilliant. All we needed was supported! Will defo stay again. You will not be disappointed. They even made our towels in the shape of an elephant 🐘

There was very little not to like... All was great! What i will say if you stay is the location meant you would have to get a taxi or take a bike or a moped into the town or bridge! We were fortunate enough to land ourselves a moped from some of the staff which were so helpful. We also had a taxi driver whom was also outstanding and took us to many places, the waterfalls and even the airport that was 3 hours away!

The pool was excellent and overlooked the river. They have a well manicured garden which we enjoyed each morning with coffee from our balcony. The staff was very friendly, and helped us with transportation and sightseeing questions. Rooms were clean, the restaurant was outstanding!!! This place met all our needs and we would recommend to our friends and/or family. For $200 Baht the limo takes you to river Kwai and other attractions. Only about 8 minute trip into town!

Really lovely staff who were incredibly helpful and nice, especially when it came to booking taxis and giving guidance about the local area. You will need to book taxis to get around but the hotel has an amazing view of the river and offers kayaking and help with transport and is in between Kanchanaburi and Erawan Falls so a good location. The breakfast and the staff working on the breakfast counter were both really nice!

The pool was closed, presumably for refurbishment, and nobody ever mentioned it. Rooms and bathrooms were quite basic.

The check-in was painless, and they actually had a porter for our bags. They allowed us to sit waterside to eat and drink, which was a stretch for the wait staff, but they did it cheerfully. And the food at dinner was quite good, there were no European Food entries on the menu, but the chef was willing to back down on the spices of one of our dishes. The food fabulous, fresh, ripe, and delicious. If lived in Kanchanaburi I'd drive out to Princess just to eat.

The bed was a bit hard for me, but it's hard to complain when everything else was great.

The staff were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble for them, they were all very friendly and helpful.

The property was very clean and well maintained with good facilities. The hotel gardens were well maintained and beautiful.

Fantastic location by the tranquil river. About 8km from Kanchanaburi but the hotel can arrange a taxi for 200 THB. Amazing garden, nice infinity pool. So relaxing! Personnel extremely kind. Nice to have the restaurant open all day.

I enjoyed the experience so much and would go back without hesitation. Being really picky, I would have liked things like yogurt and cakes for breakfast. Communication not always easy but it's my fault as I don't speak Thai.

There was nothing we didnt like. The hotel is a 10 min tuk tuk ride from center of city but not a problem
