Bee who picked us up from the ferry spoke english very well, she provided information and arranged private tours and transportation back to Krabi. She and the rest of the staff were always available and helpful.

A very nice place to stay. The straff is very kind, professional and accommodating. They can help you book taxis, day trips, ferry over to main land when it’s time to go home. Rooms is fresh and clean. The family rooms are very spacious and have a sofa/lounge witch is not that common in this price range and a very nice +! A nice la carte breakfast. You can have eg. sausage, eggs, toasts, yoghurt, coffee, tea, juices and also asian-style breakfast eg. rice soups. And plenty more.

Khun Bea made our stay fantastic. She helped us organize diving, fishing, and motorbikes. The pool and pool area were lovely. The beach front property was great. Jogging and walking beach and visiting beach restaurants and bars was super.

Beds could be more comfortable as some mattresses were old. While not an issue for the resort itself, the steps down to the beach were unstable so difficult to manage getting up and down if you have physical mobility difficulties. Also we would like to see more environmentally friendly changes such as eliminating use of plastic bottles , small shampoo and soap packaging, and small coffee packets. We generally really liked the resort but some investment in comfort and environmentally friendly practices would make it so much better.

The resort consists of a number of pretty new semi-detached nice cottages and has a lovely pool, a useful outdoor shower and a restaurant with sunset views. Room is spacious and beautifully decorated, very comfortable beds. The location is next to the quiet, lovely and clean Klong Nin beach, just walk over the small bridge and the walking area. Good and a filling choices of breakfast (although the juice is less great). A large Chang (or other) beer is cheaper than elsewhere, which we didn't really expect, so this was much appreciated :) There are restaurants close by, and a supermarket within walking distance. After we left, it appeared that we had forgotten a small backpack in our room. The staff made lots of effort to contact me, but unfortunately, we were offline for too long and on our way home. In particular, Bee (manager at reception desk), who spoke perfectly English, was extremely helpful and adequate. She sent pictures of the content of the bag on our request, so it was clear what we lost, and offered to send it to our hotel in Bangkok and also checked international shipping costs. Unfortunately we had to leave Thailand already the next day, but she promised to keep our bag secure, just in case we are able to return to Koh Lanta. We hope we will!

The position of the shower head is horizontal instead of vertical. So it requires carefully taking a shower with low pressure, otherwise, all will get wet in this spacious bathroom. We would recommend to compile a slightly different Spotify playlist in the restaurant area, as we found the jazz music too slow and too serious (while we were much older than most other guests). But thanks for playing some livelier music on our request!

The owner and staff made our stay exceptional. The restaurant served an excellent included breakfast, with several menu options hot or cold. (Not a buffet!). The long, sandy beach had a sandy swimming area on the right side next to the rock outcropping, the sea water was a perfect temperature. The small pool was quite deep on one end - something we enjoyed. This is not a huge upscale resort. It is a strong 3.5 star with 5 star staff and a welcoming feel. There are several good restaurants a block or two from the entrance, and more waterfront ones a 15 minute walk down the street, or down the beach. A grocery store and 7 Eleven is a 5 minute walk. The whole area is very safe, even in the evening. There are no high rises in this area and no clubs. A laid back bar nightlife can be found, but overall the whole area is pretty low key. This area is not for those seeking a rocking night life. There were a fair number of families vacationing in the area. Tours and transfers can be arranged right at the front desk. Also reasonably priced laundry service at the front desk. Lots of tuk tuks available in front of the 7 Eleven. We loved our stay here and if we returned to Ko Lanta would definitely stay again. The photos included here of the restaurant are a short walk down the beach from this resort.

The TV was older with very limited channels. We ended up using our tablets to watch Netflix. A small complaint and not really a problem. We weren’t there to watch TV, even though our stay was 3 weeks.

Location was towards the southern end of the island which is more quiet and relaxing, while still being able to conviently access restaurants and grocery stores. Rooms were spacious and air con worked well. Staff were friendly and helpful, helped book a minibus back to the air port. Easy process to rent a scooter for a day, very affordable. Complimentary breakfast was a big bonus as it meant we didn't have to worry about what we would eat first thing in the morning and could better plan the rest of our day. Pool was nice. Being next to the beach also a plus. Overall was a great stay and would recommend staying here.

This hotel was straight up an 11/10! We loved everything about this spot – from Bee and her amazing crew, to the prime location and super clean apartment. Breakfast was fire, and renting a scooter was smooth as butter. We felt so well taken care of the whole time – even got a packed breakfast for the road! Y’all are just incredible, and we’re gonna miss you so much. Can’t wait to come back and vibe with y’all again next year. This resort is hands down the GOAT (greatest of all time) on Koh Lanta. If you get the chance, make sure you book your stay here – this is where you wanna be to enjoy Koh Lanta to the fullest. Much love, Anna & Patrick

location, right on the beach but at the end of it which makes it peaceful. Only about 5-10min to restaurants/atm/store

there was an awful smelling air freshener at the room, whole room reeked of bleach upon arrival! took us a minute to locate the freshener and clear out the smell, luckily it was completely gone in a few days. Also, we were disappointed at the shower/washing amenities, they were in small plastic pouches not in small bottles which would make it easier to use them. No toilet paper allowed in the toilet either.

The staff are friendly. The breakfast are tasty. Hotel located next to the beach, not direct access but just a few step ahead. We went to Koh Lanta during low peak season, September. We are the only guests in the hotel. Booked a triple room and 2 double rooms. The hotel upgrade triple room to family room by courtesy since I bring along 2 kids. Hotel staff are very alert. Hats off. The first morning was raining. Can see some leaves/branches floating on the water. The pool water pump also was off due to low season. Once my kids jump into the pool, the staff quickly turn on the water pump and use net to pick up those leaves/branches. As for the second morning, the staff start to clean the pool when we were having breakfast, even though it was raining.

The tiles outside the room are slippery when wet. Seems like all type of room with staircase, thus it is inconvenient to old folks. (When I check out only realize there are room next to the reception are flat floor, I will check it out on my next visit).

The staff was really nice and especially the girl with the backwards head who was just so helpful and always friendly. We don't know her name but want to thank her for the nice stay. She called us the scooter girls because yes, we rented the scooter every day to discover the island, that was really great! Also great beds (for thailand!)

The beach here is kind of boring. And eventhough our room had an ocean view we could not reallt see it so well because of a wall that is there to protest the hotel/island from the ocean. It's not the blame of the hotel because it's on many places on the island. But no beach bar, sunbeds or service on the beach.
