Thip is the best host, she is really lovely, very kind and helpful. We booked snorkeling through her and on the boat we realised we paid less than others. The prices she offers are more than fair for what you get. The garden with the pool is very beautiful to hang out during the day when it is too hot to be at the beach. Only a few mins walking to the beach. The room and bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly also! Thank you!!

That we could not stay longer

Everything about this place is amazing and super cozy. Felt at home our whole entire time here, from the pool, coffee, quiet balcony and super comfy bed with a smart telly to watch Netflix. But the thing that made our stay really stand out was the staff. From the reception staff who were always super helpful and lovely to talk to and most importantly the manager. Most people have this thing about managers being horrible and not very nice but the manager here is an absolute star! She is so friendly and super welcoming and a pleasure to of met and a friend for life. Thip we love you!!!

Noting bad about this place.

This hotel absolutely exceeded our expectations, even when we had high expectations based on all the great reviews. The customer service was next-level; the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely happy to see us every time. Their energy and attentiveness made our stay even better. The location was super convenient, right between everything we wanted to do, and just a short walk from a great fruit stand, so huge plus! Grabbing fresh fruit daily was awesome. Having scooter rentals on-site was also a game-changer. The scooters were great, well-maintained, and super convenient for exploring the island. The housekeeping team was amazing. Our room was cleaned daily, fresh water was always provided, and everything was spotless. The rooms themselves were spacious and well-maintained. One more thing worth mentioning: the hotel is really well cared for. The pool was always clean and looked after, making it a great spot to relax. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a centrally located stay in Koh Lanta with top-notch service and an overall fantastic experience.

The staff are extremely friendly & helpful. Everything is very clean and well maintained including the pool. It’s not quite like the photos tbh - the hotel is on the main road and we had a roadside room the first night which was pretty noisy. Luckily a poolside room was available at not extra cost for the remainder of our stay, which made for a much better experience. The breakfast is a choice of western options with Illy filtered coffee. We rented a moped from the store next to the 7-11 which was great. The roads are in pretty good condition and most people drives quite slowly. Best beach for us was Kantiang Bay. Lots of shady options including deckchairs outside the Aqua Bar which I highly recommend - good cocktails and the restaurant attached does very good food. The bay is very pretty and a nice swim spot, not very busy and clean. Lanta Old Town also worth a visit. It’s really just one street but very laid back, pedestrian friendly and lots of food options - we ate at a place called Sunee which was the best food we had on the island. Also excellent for juices and sodas.

I liked the hotel - but not the road, and the breakfast area outside is right next to the road with very little shade.

This is an excellent hotel. Thip really makes you feel welcome and like you’re the only guest at the hotel. The other staff members are lovely, which really sets this hotel apart. We stayed in the cabin room which was perfect for us. Right next to the pool which is like a little oasis. The location of the property is great. A 5 minute walk and you are on a secluded beach with some nice little beach bars where you can get excellent food and drink. There is a fruit staff, a coffee stall and a seven eleven all within walking distance or you can order from the cafe in the hotel. The beds are huge and very comfy. We enjoyed our stay so much we have booked an additional one week stay which is a real testament to how nice it is.

The staff were lovely, all of them very friendly and accommodating. The food was very nice, especially the watermelon smoothie! They helped us organise bike rentals and a taxi to the hire shop! They always asked if we'd had a good day, which as first timers on Koh Lanta, we did! The room was spacious and clean. The aircon was a godsend! The wet room was clean and constantly stocked. The room was cleaned diligently everyday, we never even had to ask! They organised both our transfers on and off of the island, both of which were comfortable and straightforward. The hotel is a short walk away from a strip of bars, restaurants, and convenience stores should you require anything. You could walk down to Khong Klong Beach within 10 minutes, and then up the beach to a row of resorts and beach side bars, we recommend the emerald bar, which was very nice!

A power socket near the bed would have been nice, but we made do.

Staff were incredibly attentive and caring. This was the cleanest property we stayed at in Thailand (even on par with or better than 5star resorts). The staff realy care about the place and seems like everyone does everything from housekeeping to restaurant to reception there so it has a great family vibe. Location isn't ideal because there's not much immediately around you (except for a medical centre in case you're accident prone!). The nearest 7/11 (inc atm) was 800metres down the road. FYI you need to leave a 1k deposit in cash. However you're on the khlong khlong beach side of the island and you can cut to the beach through one of the restaurants/bars (10-15min walk from hotel). Khlong Khlong beach is a bit more low key / relaxing than long long beach. They also organised car rental for us which was convenient to explore the island for a day.

No alternative milks at breakfast, they only have cows milk so if you're lactose free you can buy little soy milks at the 7/11.

This hotel is a hidden gem. We started there for 4 nights and we absolutely loved it. The staff, particularly the owner lady, was extremely friendly and helpful in every way. She helped us book a car there with the local company, call a tuktuk, recommend good restaurants, and helped sort out all our requests from the beginning to the end. The hotel is located a little bit outside the busy center but only 10 mins walk so it was very calm at day and night and everything is still accessible. We liked the swimming pool which is small but very well maintained and functional. The nearest beach was less crowded.

Everything was great. The only thing that may be missing is additional electrical outlets near the beds.

The staff at the hotel are simply amazing. Our room was at the back of the hotel overlooking the pool and it was spotless, comfortable and really quiet. Breakfast was great and the coffee is excellent (very important for me!) The beach is a 5 minute walk away and has some lovely beach bars at our end for lunch or dinner and you can enjoy a fruit shake in the deckchairs there if you just want to sit and chill. You can also walk the full length of the beach with more bar options.

Nothing - it was really lovely

Exceptionally friendly and courteous staff, especially the manager was super nice and helpful. Due to our day excursion plans, we had a hoped to be allowed to just drop-off our luggage very early in the morning but instead were offered to already checkin despite the normal "from 1400h" checkin window. Awesome garden, green, secluded and private. Nice small pool area. Hotel restaurant offering good stir fry rice. 😋

Room refrigerator tends to be quite loud at night, we just unplugged it. Bed pillows a bit to stiff/hard. Pool area could afford a couple more lounge chairs, currently limited to only 4.
