It was a great location, we stayed in the bungalows and it was great value for money, felt really private! Mama on reception was just amazing, always putting a smile on people’s faces, super helpful she couldn’t do enough for us!

So relaxing. Loved this place, felt very well looked after by mama Nong. The pools were brilliant and as we had some injuries nothing was too much trouble to help us. Thai Smile restaurant next door was delicious with very friendly staff and one of the best Thai curry’s I’ve had across Thailand in the last 6 weeks. The cleaning staff were the highlight as they were so friendly and brightened our day with big smiles and jokes together. We loved it so much that we will return in April and be able to take more advantage of the facilities as we couldn’t swim due to injuries. We had the loveliest room with two balconies and daily views of the sunset which we weren’t expecting. Only a 5 min walk to the beach and the beach front was so chilled. Very couple and family vibe but that’s what we wanted after some hectic days in Phi phi.

The aircon had a fault on the first day but this was fixed within 8 hours so didn’t really affect our stay - we didn’t drive mopeds so this would have enhanced our stay but it’s our personal choice not to, plenty of tuktuks and songthaew available all hours to take you where you need to go though.

We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone! The staff was amazing and helped us with literally everything we needed- taxi to ferry, scooter rental, excursions, laundry and restaurant recommendations. They upgraded our room upon check in and so we had a sea view and it was amazing to watch the sunset from. Our room was very spacious and the bed was one of the more comfortable ones we had in Thailand. The air conditioning was very powerful (but quiet) and we appreciated that after a long day in the sun. The pool was great and we never had any issues getting a chair. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was pretty central and easy to get everywhere from there. The closest beach (Klong Khong) to this property is pretty rocky and not great for swimming but you can easily scooter to a more sandy beach elsewhere

Small scale facility, friendly staff who are very helpful. Location is good, close to the beach and several cafes.

When we first arrived it turned out that the deluxe room we booked did not have an extra large bed (as booked) but just a normal one. We are both tall and therefore sleep better in a bigger bed. They showed us a different room but same size bed. We ended up staying in one of the bungalows which did have an extra large bed, happy they could solve it this way. Breakfast is at the cafe next door where you can choose between several menus. It is actually cheaper to pay this on the spot then to include this in your reservation. Food was good though.

I had a wonderful stay at Pinky Bungalows. The resort is quiet and has a nice aesthetic. It's in a perfect location with easy access to the beach as well as several bars and restaurants. I also loved spending time by the pool. The staff members I interacted with were kind and helpful.

I was staying in the building that's closer to the beach. The water pressure in the shower was horrible and the water wouldn't stay warm for very long. Also, the rooms in the building that's closer to the beach (I think those might be older than the others) had some paint chipping and water spots so a refresh may be in order. Other than that, I had a fabulous time staying at Pinky Bungalows.

The staff were super helpfull and very sweet. The pool was a big plus and also the possibility to rent scooters. The room is spacious with a nice balcony and good wifi, close to the beach. We stayed a week and we loved it.

Our room had a sewage smell on the most unexpected moments and then 1 hour later it was gone again. Just closed the bathroom door.

I loved this place so much I ended up extending my stay from 4 nights to a full week. Fantastic location - beach is a few minutes walk away and there’s plenty of great restaurants right next to the hotel. It’s also perfect for exploring the island, right by the main road so it’s very easy to get everywhere by scooter or tuktuk. However, it’s still very calm and quiet there, didn’t hear any traffic noise during my stay. Everyone at Pinky is fantastic, especially Mamanong, she puts her heart and soul to running the place and does so much to make you feel comfortable. She was so helpful with scooter rental, booking activities and organizing my transport to Khao Sok. This place is perfect for solo travelers who might want to skip hostels but appreciate connection and feeling like home. Would definitely stay again.

Good location close to many nice restaurants and beach. Two pool areas are lovely with comfy beds. Clean towels and free water provided each day is a lovely touch. Rooms always smelt amazing each day after being cleaned. Free tea and coffee available at reception. Mamanong who runs the hotel is very friendly and helpful.

Mosquito screens at the room doors could be helpful but mozzies are part of tropical life unfortunately. Rooms are a bit bare but overall the rooms are great value for money

The room was great and clean (they clean the room every day). The hotel provides free tea and coffee. There are three pools accessible ofr customer as well as a training room. The location is exceptionnal, a short 5min walk to Klong Khong Beach, a beautiful beach with plenty of reggae bars.

Wi-Fi is really bad. Also, the extra services that you might get from the hotel are expensive. Laudry and breakfast are around 1,5 - 2x the price compared with other companies in the surroundings.

For what you pay to stay here this place was amazing. It’s no high end Luxury resort, but I was shocked how clean and comfortable it was for the cost to stay. The bed was super comfy, the pillows were great and the staff did a great job at cleaning the room. The pools were nice and clean, the water was cooler and refreshing. My stay was very comfortable, quiet and relaxing.

It wasn’t as close to the beach as I expected, but I should have researched it more. It’s about a 7-10 min walk to the beach.
