Our room was great, staff very friendly and helpful

The resort is a little out of town, not an issue for us as we had a bike, could do with a restaurant, having said this, they are currently carrying out a refurb so would image they will have one soon, there is a small bar on the beach which is great and reasonably priced

Lovely, brand new rooms with comfortable beds. Located right on the beachfront on a quiet stretch of Lamai Beach. Very friendly staff. Lots of nice touches eg beach towels and flip flops provided

Couldn’t shut the bathroom window and no safety box

Great architecture, simple chic indoors and out, they thought of every need and it was already for me. The beach is gorgeous with tons of restaurant choices all along the beach.

There wasn’t anything bad but there was a little construction going on and there was no warning about that till after I had booked.

We stayed here for 5 nights and loved it! The room was huge with a lovely big settee, good sized fridge and a really comfy bed. All the staff were lovely and worked tirelessly to keep the whole place, inside and out, spotless. We also felt that the rooms had been recently refurbished, they were that good 👍. We also frequented the excellent Number 11 beach bar/restaurant just next door where the food was the best we had in the island. Excellent value for money, right next to the beach (but none of the rooms have a beach view but it’s only a 30 second walk away), will deff use again if we go back tonight Koh Samui.

It is new renovated and well maintained. The AC works great. The rooms are pleasant and it has luxurious feeling. The bathroom is complete with the amenities. The design of the rooms are fresh and relaxing. Lot of shops and restaurants around. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful.

Due to the weather condition, the sunbeds are not possible to put on the beach. It would be nice to install water faucet at the entrance to wash the feet so the sand or dirt wont scatter on the stairs or room. There was a tiny bad smell in the bathroom. The restaurant inside the property is quite expensive compared to its quality.

Great for couples! 🐚 Very nice small resort at beachfront in Lamai Beach. The rooms were tidy, friendly staff and if you wish to go for a swim, it is literally just few steps away. Some of the sunbeds are reserved for Amity guests which is nice. The location is 15 minutes walk from the central parts of Lamai. It means a little walk, but guarantees you a good night sleep since party people don’t keep you up at night. We were a couple staying in here for five nights. Since we wanted a relaxed getaway with beach and swimming, for us this hotel was perfect. 🩵 There is no breakfast by the hotel, but there is a café by the resort that serves excellent breakfast. The price amounts the same as hotel breakfasts do so you don’t have to worry about it.

The room was fantastic all new mod cons great value for what we paid sorry we didn't book for a longer stay they were cleaned every day, and lots of fantastic restaurants nearby would highly recommend this placece

Gorgeous room. Great size and very clean on arrival. Staff were very friendly and the cafe next door was nice.

Not much to say here. A bit of a walk from main area but we knew that before coming.

Helpful and friendly staff, and the location is just perfect 1min to the beach and sea. Very close to Hin Ta & Hin Yai, shops as 7elven, family mart, pharmacy, laundry machines, fresh fruits street vendors, massage parlour. There may being little thing for people who doesn't like some kind of little lizards. The resort is between nice and green nature so sometimes it may happen some friendly lizard comes inside. For me that's not a problem. Hope to back again 🙏

The rooms were cleaned every day. There were free toiletries, soap, shampoo in reusable bottles, the water and coffee were replenished whenever the room was cleaned. There was a fridge in the room and the tv showed netflix and amazon prime. The cleaners were very quick. The manager Kob was very friendly and helpful.

It would have been nice to have a brush in the room to sweep out the sand (minor issue)
