Stunning property. Pool area was really nice and had sun for most of the day. The lady on reception was the sweetest ever, she was so nice and helped us book taxis and tours and was always interested in where we went and if we enjoyed it. The room was big with lots of storage and seating etc. the mattress was so comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The WiFi worked well. Location was great so close to everything in Lamai but on a quiet backstreet.

Only issue was a very loud family occupying many rooms being so inconsiderate and loud. Getting in the pool at 10pm and because the windows/door to the room has a few gaps you could hear everything. When it got later we messaged the property on WhatsApp and they sorted the issue straight away so credit to the quick response :) Pillows gave both of us neck ache as they were very big and firm but manageable

The location just right near enough for a short walk to the main strip with bar and restaurants etc but in a quite location and a 5 min walk to a lovely beach the own lady boss/owner and Jimmy were lovely, very helpful and kind spoke good English. Room was very clean with television with lots of choice and english channels with Air Conditioning and a warm shower, which we appreciated. Would stay there again.

The property is clean and well maintained. The location is excellent, 5 minutes from the beach and shops (7-11 etc) while being set back away from the main strip so is quiet at night. Showers work well and have good temperature control. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

I enjoyed the friendliness of our host. She was exceptional kind and was also flexible around e.g. the cleaning of the room. We had the chosen for the family room and it was pretty good. The room had two beds suited for long European (Dutch) people, The first bed was a bunkbed and the second one a roomy double bed. The room has enough floor space and a good sized locker. The airco is working well. The pool is clean, warm and deep enough so that the kids can play around. The WiFi is very good! Altogether we had a very pleasant stay.

Two minor details: 1. This one is personal, but the mattress on double bed was hard. Too hard for some of our family members. 2. The bunkbed squeaks a little bit.

We hadn’t realised how close it was to the Lamai bar scene. Young children would be oblivious to it, but it made our teenage girls a little bit comfortable. Nothing to do with the property itself. The pool also needed a little bit of work.

Very nice hotel in a great location, 5 minute walk to Lamai beach. There is also a small pool that stays open until 8 pm which was so handy to swim in after sightseeing for the day. Staff were friendly but we didn’t have much interaction with them. Only issue we had was ants in the bathroom.

The lady from the reception was really kind during our stay. We were earlier than checkin time, but as the room was ready, we were accepted in the room already. The rooms are very neat and clean. Bathroom looks a bit outdated, but is working fine. The airconditioning is a quit new model. The matras was softer than normally in Thailand, which makes the stay comfortable. During some times of the reception is closed, as the lady seems to run it alone, but you’re able to call here anytime via a call-button. The pool was clean and good taken care of. The staff is helpfully and are able to arrange a motorbike as well (to rent). The hotel is located in the city center of Lamai. The beach, night market and bars are just a few minutes walking.

The pool is perfect to start or end your day at, but is not really suitable to spent the entire day, as there are just 2/3 sun beds and not that much room. This however didn’t bother us at all, with the Lamai beach around the corner.

The owner was so nice and helpful. The staff are awesome and responsive. It's a walking distance from the beach and restaurants - just 10 minutes! We're going back next time.

We didn't have a table outside the room like all the rooms so we couldn't sit outside to enjoy the cool breeze.

We absolutely loved our stay here, the value for money was great and the pool was an added bonus. The shower was adequate, the bed was comfortable. It was a great location for Lamai, it was less than a 5 minute walk to be right in the middle of walking Street. Our host Pinot was so helpful and friendly

The place was clean and cozy, the pool was nice and it was really close to all the restaurants and coffee shops and bars but not noisy at all during the night. The staff were really sweet too It's about a 5 min walk to the beach. We had a really nice time!

The bed was not as comfy as I would have liked but it was ok all in all.
