The hotel is very good specially in the low season. Me and my fiancé enjoyed the pool all the time and we had it only for ourselves.The room is pretty spacious and clean. The beach is 5 min walk, 7/11 3 min. Wifi was good enough to work remotely. Nice green scenery of palms and mountains. The hosts are nice and housekeeper very kind.
The only negative thing is that in this area of Lamai is a kind of red light which we were not aware of, so it is kind of weird vibes around this area during the night. However we felt safe all the time.

Beautiful pool, large spotless room, friendly staff, comfy huge bed and pillows, great ac and bathroom 🤩
Nothing about the hotel, just the street is a bit rough due to construction but don't let it put you off, there's no noise, it's quiet 👍

The main thing I liked about the hotel was that it was bang in the centre, 5 minute walk to the beach and all the bars and restaurants.
There was nothing that I didn’t like.

the location is perfect, close to the center, we can walk 2 mn to any shops or to the beach, the wood equipment on the balconies, the room is nice, the bed is comfortable
the cleaning service, the smiles of staff faces, we don't really even know who runs the hotel if we have some questions, it's very unpersonal

Location is right in front of Lamai beach and close to a lot of restaurants and bars.
The road to the hotel is not well paved and always have a big pud of water.
