Receptionist is very helpful and nice; 7-11 just across a road, very convenient to get food & beverage; Provided body wash, shampoo, bath & face towel, Toothbrush sets and etc. Bed very nice and comfy;

No street light when walking back to Hotel from 7-11; Swimming pool was under construction during our stay;

Good location with 7 eleven, wash and dry and restaurants nearby. We scheduled a twin room but as we are a couple they make the bed suit us. Very friendly staff.

Everything was ok

The place was quiet, tucked away close to the end of the street, which meant we were able to get a peaceful sleep and still be near the main road where we can buy food and get transport. The room was clean and provided with complimentary tea, coffee and water. There was also a mini fridge to store any food and water. The staff was super useful! We were able to do our laundry, rent a moped and book taxi to the airport, and at times, they cleaned our room since we had a long stay at the accommodation. As mentioned, the location was close to restaurants, 7/11 and massage spas, which only a few minutes walk from the accommodation.

I wish the place had more storage for clothes because we just kept our stuff in a luggage during our 12 nights stay at the accommodation. It would be useful to have better lighting too because at night, it was a little dark in certain parts of the room.

It was located away from the main area so it wasn’t loud, yet not too far from everything. About a 20 minute walk to the beach. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The girl that we did our check in with was the friendliest.

On our second night we realised the balcony door wouldn't fully close and we were on the first floor, so put your valuables in the safe. The bathroom was smelly. Although the pool area was nice to chill, the water was freezing and had a smell and taste to it that wasn’t pleasant to get in.

Friendly and helpfull staff. Very spacious and clean room. 2 Towels per person. Can also use the towels at the beach.

Sink of shower and bathroom sink were both fully plugged when we arrived, leading to a bit of a watery mess in the bathroom. Bit paranoid about breaking stuff. Entire list of what it costs to break each individual thing in the room (did not see this before). So first take photos of everything in the room which was a bit less pleasent.

A nice hotel to stay at with clean and comfortable rooms.

The location was a little far away from the beach and night market and if I was booking again, I would choose a closer place. The staff varied, but mostly were not very communicative. One remained on a video call with their family for the whole time we were there trying to speak to them, another was meant to organise a shuttle we paid them for and organised the wrong time.

Location is nice - not close but also not far from the beach. There is a really nice muy thai gym near by. Plenty of places to eat. Quiet and far from party. The prices of everything around are cheaper compared to couple of hundred meters down to the beach. The rooms are clean and cozy, the internet was good. Wifi is suitable for remote work.

Pool was dirty - dead bugs and frogs. First day it was quite clean, but for the rest of the stay it stayed dirty - needs cleaning more often.

Staff were amazing and helped us arrange our excursions. Sally was especially helpful. Room was big and clean, with an amazing AC system.

We weren’t indicated that breakfast was 200BHT. There were toasts and cereal lying in the eating area, we thought we could just grab a few before leaving, but you are charged 200 and they bring you a huge hot breakfast. It was very tasty, but toasts and cereals could be complimentary, with the option of paying for a hot and big breakfast.

The people who work there are super friendly and helpful. They looked after me when I was sick and made sure I had super fast internet. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was perfect. The location is set off the busy road which makes this place quiet but close to so many great planes to grab food.

Staff are wonderful and provide excellent customer service. The location is perfect, a few steps from the main road makes it peaceful and quiet, and only a 20 minute walk to the beach. The room was big, nicely decorated and cleaned upon request with water and tea, coffee facilities in the room and in the reception area. Thanks for a great stay.

It seemed a bit over priced but I think that's the whole of Ao Nang. There was nothing that I didn't like!
