The staff's hospitality was incredible - they were always willing to accommodate our requests. The room was neat with a decent view of the area.

The breakfast options could've been better - there doesn't seem to be a lot of variety in it.

The accommodation was excellent, and the breakfast was diverse and delicious. The pool was the highlight – perfectly heated, neither too cold nor too warm, with a stunning view of the cliffs.

The location is a bit tricky since you need transportation to reach the beach. While the property does provide a shuttle bus, it operates on a fixed schedule. Another downside was the staff. There seemed to be some miscommunication, as different staff members gave conflicting information about scooter rentals—some said it was possible, while others claimed they were all booked. In the end, we managed to rent one, and the scooter itself was excellent. Despite these minor inconveniences, this is a great choice, and you’re likely to leave satisfied.

Very clean, friendly staff, nice pool area, well appointed rooms

Sometimes no towels in the room and often run out of pool towels. It’s a little out of the way but does mean it’s quieter.

The hotel is amazing. Its clean, family room was huge and benefit that the children's beds are separate from adult bedroom. The shower here is the best we had in Thailand! The pool is stunning. All the staff we met were very friendly. It's up the hill away from all the busy streets so it's quiet. It is a 15min walk to the beach but we didn't mind this and we had a double stroller and manged fine. It gave us a chance to explore aswell.

There is nothing that we didn't like!

Hotel & room was wonderful, the view as on the pool and mountains which is so cool and great. the swimming pool and gym opening hours was also great. localization was a big fatty plus

Breakfast, i know there was a various type of food but everything was just ok, we stayed there 3 days so got 2 times breakfast which was almost the same, not much change - big minus i personally think it’s not worth to pay for it there knowing about food around you :) stuff made me confused, first day while check in i though they treated me not like someone deserved to stay here even i paid for it so means im able to stay :) but during the check out the lady was nice and let us leave luggage there for couples hours:)

Modern and good location, a very short walk to the shops and restaurants. The staff spoke very good English and were really helpful at all times. There’s a free shuttle service to and from the beach which is such a nice touch and a way of going above and beyond for the guests. I used it and it was great. I got upgraded to a pool view room and the Mountain View in the background - stunning.

I didn’t eat at the hotel so I can’t comment on food, but otherwise there’s nothing I didn’t like which says something because I am so fussy!

The breakfast wasn’t great, good selection but varied daily on quality/temperature of dishes. Room service menu is not the same as the one online so best to get a photo of the restaurant menu when you arrive for reference.

We had stayed here just before the pandemic closure. In comparison this time we found the pool area to be tired and in need of a regular sweeping of the areas around the pool. There were insufficient sun beds for the number of guests and some furniture was shabby and in need of replacing. Breakfast was ok. Provision of some cheese and ham as part of the continental breakfast would have been better. As I don’t drink tea or coffee, an option of hot chocolate would have been appreciated. The lifts were in need of a clean. Mirrors all smudged and stayed that way throughout the stay of 7 days. The equipment for the table tennis table was broken. Sorting this all out wouldn’t take a lot of time but would improve the overall quality of the experience.

location was good + value for money

the pool isn’t as nice as it looks on the picture - much smaller and they don’t have the cool Bali style beds

The property is clean and well maintained. We had fever and asked for early checkin and the staff were kind enough to accommodate us on time. There is 7/11 store 3mins walk from the hotel and all the boat tours are also located there. The road has all the halal food restaurants and has a Mosque nearby.. hearing the Azan ( call for prayer ) felt really nice.So overall its a good place to stay given for the price you are paying.

There was no bathrobe or slippers, even though the room listing did indicate of having them in the room.
