Very close to patong beach and Bangla road! Endless restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good.

Attention to detail, polite and friendly staff

Small things - housekeeping forgot to replace handtowels one day (no issue for us) but we were asked about the missing towels upon check out (it was resolved quickly); Spoons were not clean - These are small things which did not detract my satisfaction with the resort

Everything was within walking distance to the beach, shopping, food markets, and Bangla road. The hotel has great facilities, and exceptionally, having the mini bar refill every day was amazing. The room was nice and clean. The staff was great as well and will definitely come back.

One of the reception girls was rude when I asked questions. So it will be great to have more hospitality as you are the face of this beautiful hotel.

We had pool view room which was very clean & modern. The bathroom was small but did everything it needed to with great water pressure. Burasari is right in the heart of Patong so you won’t need to get a cab anywhere because everything you want to do: Shopping, markets, bars, restaurants, beach, massage, booking tours is literally RIGHT at your fingertips all within walking distance. The buffet breakfast was fantastic with so many options for hot food,egg station, continental, salads, pastries & the list goes on. A very good place to stay with value for your money. Pool tables, swim up bar, ping pong tables as well.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was super comfortable and massive. The location is great if you want to be within walking distance to Bangla Rd and far enough that there is barely any noise. The staff were always so friendly, attentive and greeted us with a smile regardless of the time, day, or night. The room service is quick, delicious, and reasonably priced. To our delight, the mini bar is entirely complimentary and restocked daily and complimentary pool towels and pool bag is provided. Conveniently, the wall sockets are universal which saved us from the need to use an adaptor to charge our devices. Buffet breakfast is standard with a cook-to-order egg station and reasonable value for money. Overall, Burasari offers excellent amenities for a fraction of the price you would find elsewhere.

Great location and charming look and feel to the hotel. Minibar was fully complimentary and restocked every day which was a nice touch. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Our room went out to the pool which was a nice experience. Although the property has been around for sometime, it's generally well maintained - spacious room, comfortable bed, and great AC.

Breakfast was fine, but could have had more variety for western clients. For some weird reason their was an unpleasant sewage odour from time to time... not sure if that was from the hotel or from outside the boundary wall. Finally, if you take the pool access room, just be mindful that sometimes it can get a bit noisy due to other guests sitting near by.

have stayed at the burasari a few times. the staff are always warm and kind, the breakfast is always very good. raspberry mojitos at the pool bar are great! the spa is delightful! great location.

quite run down from last stay here. bathrooms needing of an upgrade. other guests were very loud and raucous till wee hours of the morning so was not as quiet and calm as it has been in the past. pool was quite cold - would have been nicer if it had been heated a wee bit.

The Burasari was a beautiful first impression of Phuket, and the staff were very welcoming and lovely, answering any questions we had and happy to arrange anything we needed. It was close to everything we needed and very easy to come and go. The pool and bar were beautiful and clean and a pleasure to chill out at after lots of walking around in the heat of Patong. The complimentary bathroom toiletries were very Lux and they also left us a sweet little spray bottle of bug spray which smelled amazing and looked after us our entire trip.

The staff were lovely enough to upgrade us to a honeymoon suite, however I had booked us a room with a balcony so my partner could smoke, and unfortunately the honeymoon suite, as lovely as it was, was on a ground floor, had an enclosed bathroom with glass around it only, and no private outdoor area or back access to the pool. The hotel was mostly under construction while we were there so there was a lot of building noise and most of the amenities like the hotel pool with swim up bar advertised on the website was not available to use. I wish we would have known this before we booked as this was one of the reasons we wanted to stay. There are two pools, and two bars but only one of each in use on the far side of the hotel.

The lift is too far, guy at the time of checkin telling us to deposit money which was not mentioned anywhere while booking. Although they forgot about the special request still the location of the hotel and room covered everything.

Great cocktails on site and staff were really lovely! The mattress was comfortable and the mini bar was free too! It was very easy to walk everywhere from the accommodation, and there were plenty of food and drink options nearby too. We arrived quite late at night due to a flight delay, and while most places closed by midnight, there was one place that was a short walk away that was open until 1am or so, and their food was absolutely delicious and super cheap too! So keep that in mind if you end up needing a late dinner for whatever reason :)

Keep in mind that as the pipes are older and more narrow, you won't be able to flush toilet paper in the toilet and would have to put them in the bins. That was the only downfall for us but the rooms are cleaned everyday and the staff keeps the place really clean. You'll find this to be common in a lot of places however and not just unique to this accommodation.
