A location close to the heart of the action. It should be mentioned that it is a very noisy occasion!!! So if you want peace and relaxation, don't come here under any circumstances. On the other hand, if you want to feel the night life, there are some bars in the area open until 3-4 a.m. where there is animation and music. Also the famous street - Bangla Road is very close. Access to Patong beach is on a street, in about 5-7 minutes on foot.

In the bathroom I received only 2 large towels, none for the front. The drain from the shower was blocked, so you had to move quickly to the shower, otherwise you risked flooding. Also, the breakfast was very poor - if you didn't move quickly, you couldn't find anything to eat. For this reason, I only served breakfast 2 times, out of 12 days that I had paid for.

It was ok but the WiFi was really bad and the pool on the roof wasn't in use and the bar near the pool wasn't in use at all

Our stay was really good, nice big room with terrace. Cleaning every day.

Swimming pool was out of service (sign on door). Bit noise from street.

We loved the location as everything was very close. Room was very spacious and good size balcony. Has an OK rooftop pool.

It was very loud at night, the noise from the surrounding bars is unbelievable, bit hard to sleep some nights, the bed was a bit hard but manageable.

Good location next to the OTop bar site and a short 10 minutes walk to the main Bangla area. The included breakfast was good enough

Feels like the property is tired and needs a general update. The step ladder into the pool was broken which made getting in and out of the pool difficult for me being a larger person

I liked the location . Close to almost all markets. Prime location Sound proof room and Room was big. Balcony was big Water bottles ware replenished even when we didn't need the room made up . Hot showers

There is one Elevator. Pool closes early Room services closes early instead of 24 hrs service. TV doesnt have many channels

The location is my favorite part of this hotel which is both near the beach and the walking street. Room is nice and clean. Free water and wifi is a plus.

The room is a little bit dark, some lights didn't work. There is no mirror at the makeup desk (the one near the balcony). Hotel didn't provide us new clean towels and indoor slippers. There is also no iron.

to noise. I requested higher floor as I can’t sleep with those sounds.. they say “ No” but after 5 min, my friend get it without request. Nice hotel.. but really bad noise. swimming pool not working. bad sheets never been changed for 13 days.

The staff were excellent! So helpful with any inquiry, bookings or room requests. A tiny fitness room but with some creativity and adaptating some exercises, you can make it work. The rooftop pool was a great place to relax, especially since it was not busy. Location was great - downstairs from some bars, next door to Hard Rock Cafe and just a few minutes walk to the beach front. (Music stopped at 11pm which was great too). Taking into account that they have not been open too long since Phuket opened up, they need to do some maintenance repairs by the pool area - chairs, umbrellas etc.
