Ideally, it’s not somewhere I would stay, but it was within budget. breakfast options were good and the pool area was nice. The staff was friendly.

I do not like the shuttle service I do not like the fact that I have to wait at a certain location for them to come every 20 minutes which realistically is every 45 minutes because there’s a lot of traffic it’s not really by the beach at all and the view that you can see from the hotel is not that good. It took me a minute to figure out the water temperature as well. Even though hot is to the left I had to keep the pipe in the middle the first two nights I took a cold shower that needs to be fixed.

The staff!! The hospitality crew were beyond amazing, they were genuinely happy, helpful, kind and so hard working. They really added to my experience there. Rooms are comfy and clean, My was a touch noisy because it was located on the main road and on the mezzanine level but really not too bad at all. The pool was epic and best view in town. Breakfast was abundant and was open until 11am. Love my stay.

The main thing, although the rooms were great I felt they lacked a vibe. Seemed a basic a sterile in design. Vibe was it was just basic. The noise from the road was also not perfect.

We spent 7 nights at the property. It is a new property overlooking the Kalim beach. Everything was exceptional. The rooms were beautiful and had everything you need for. Bathroom was well laid out with rain shower very spacious. Breakfast buffet had a good variety so that you can eat differently everyday, the infinity pool and the pool bar was amazing. They provide a free shuttle to Patong beach which is convenient. Nice food outlets in the evening along the beach road which we enjoyed. I specially should mention all the staff, everyone had a smile in them and were helpful with whatever help you needed. Overall a great stay.

Housekeeping should see an improvement. Sheets were not replaced for a couple nights as we observed the same dirt on them. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. Bathroom mirrors were not even touched, which were spilled with water. Mats not replaced some days although were soiled. Being a 5 star hotel, I expected more. Nothing else to complain.

-No music was allowed on the swimming pool. -The breakfast buffet was the same for the whole 17 nights. -There is no designated area for the smokers in the buffet area or swimming pool, which is not good for non-smokers. -Small fridge. -The room was not ready when we arrived at 10 pm. -No complimentary cold drinks were on arrival, and we had to ask for some water at night, and they gave us two warm bottles.

The hotel is beautiful, very clean, very nice designed. The breakfast is good and we had a superb room with a direct pool access from our balcony. The room also has an espresso machine, very rich minibar and everything else.There is also a free shuttle to and from Patong beach but until 8.30 pm so cannot be used for going out in the evening. A special praise for the staff and for the booking management who despite us making a mistake with the date - absolutely accommodated us although they did not have to. We are very greatful. The hotel offers the airport transfer at additional cost.

The hotel is called Oceanfront Beach Resort. We specifically wanted a hotel on the beach, and this very completely misleading as it is on no beach. The photos could be a bit misleading too. Another dissapointment was that you cannot have a massage in the hotel - while you came to Phuket, Thailand. :(

Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Location was perfect, nice and quiet in the evenings and only 10 minute car ride to the main parts. View from room was stunning and the rooms were clean.

The hotel very close to the Pathong, there are shuttles from the hotel to the center and it's very convenient. The staff were very nice and tried to help. There's a nice infinity pool. The room was very big and the shower too. Very good room!

Breakfast was nice but there was missing basic things like non-diary milk, good coffee not from a machine. The bakery was not good and very dry. Nice breakfast but not very good. There's no beach as we understand from the reservation. The nearest beach is 7 minutes far with a taxi or a car. Not much to eat near the hotel.

1-I like the staff, katoon, vivi, and all of them was nice and super friendly, the adventure guide she helps us to much, the singer at night was so nice . 2- The pool was incredible and amazing 3-The room was big , with nice view . 4-I like the breakfast 5- again what make me enjoy the most is the staff, just wanna thank them all about this experience.

1- I didn't like the fact there alots of guys (un couple guys, Arabs), sometimes it make it un convenient for couples and families. 2- the air-conditioned broke, but they fixed 👌 3- there is no beach

The hotel itself was really beautiful, amazing view, good pool, the room was big, comfortable beds…Hospitality overall was really good, friendly staff. good value for money.

although the restaurant food was good, don’t order it in your room, they will bring it cold every time.. i would just expect more from 5 star hotel… the waitress are really slow, normally there are always 3of them, taking care of 3 tables and yet you will wait for half hour. The other negative thing is that they barely speak any english.

great room with amazing view, the location is quiet but not far from the beach, highly recommended.
