The Staff were pleasant, very friendly & helpful (even with the language barrier) it helped I had a translator app..They also had a free shuttle to & from Bangla Rd & around Patong.. The Resort is really quite good for 3🌟accommodation. The Buffet Breakfast worked for me!! There was quite abit of variety & fresh fruit juices, fruits & they catered for all types & AAA+ to the Thai girl who was on egg cooking duty. All but 1 of the 9 days I stayed, she always remembered a face & new what I wanted before I asked. The pool was quite big & had a bar at both ends & the beach was straight across the road .I'd recommend it to those travelling on a budget, & I'd go back there for sure..Added Bonus The Spa at the Resort ...Amazing..Lovely ladies & the 1 who gave me a foot scrub etc... Best I've had & cost alot less ✔️ 👍 👌 To all the workers at the Resort ..yous are doing amazing work for them..

The only downfall for me was, there was some mould in the Bathroom, but not much so no biggy..

Little far down the beach road, and the road is very busy, but wasnt a bother at rear of property and pool, and a lovely beach a short walk along

We had a pool access room which we loved. The room was very clean and we loved the bathroom which had a bathtub and separate shower area. We loved the timber furnishings, which might be a bit much for some people, but we wanted a more traditional Thai-style resort to stay in so the decor met our expectations. We were very impressed with the condition of the resort given the original main lodge was built in 1915, with additional buildings added up to 1930. We love the history of the resort. It is on the beachfront and within walking distance to Patong (there are a couple of small hills but very doable :-), or catch the free resort transport). Our room was made up daily and we were given fresh towels, and toiletries replenished. I used the gym daily; the weights equipment, elliptical bike, and rower are all dated, however, I was able to get a well-rounded exercise routine completed daily. The treadmills looked newer. There was also air-conditioning and a smart TV in the gym room. We loved the resort-style pool. It was cleaned daily and we utilised the swim-up bar. We had daily breakfast included as part of our package; the restaurant is open-style without air-conditioning so it can be warm and muggy on a hot day. There are plenty of fans around which does help and if there is a breeze from the ocean it becomes more comfortable. The buffet-style breakfast was always a welcome treat. They had traditional and western food available, with plenty of healthy options, and fresh cooked (i.e. eggs) alternatives available. Staff were friendly and always went out of their way to assist you, as required. Our check-in was seamless, again staff were extremely friendly. I used the spa which was extremely well-priced (in comparison to what I pay in Australia for similar but inferior services). Apologies for the long review, my partner and I loved this resort and it more than met our expectations, especially for the price we had paid. We would stay there again.

The outside smoking area is located at the bar, and at an area in front of the restaurant. It isn't the smoker's fault but the smoke/vaping smell wafts straight into the restaurant area which is offputting when you are trying to eat a meal. I understand that there are different rules for Thailand so this is more of a personal preference. I would still stay at the resort again.

We had a lovely time. The facilities at the hotel were surprisingly good for the price-point. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The rooms were clean, the bed was large and extremely comfortable. Pool area was fab and the bar was cheap. Staff were friendly and helpful with special mention to Cream for really helping our friend out. Many thanks.

The position of the hotel is a bit too close to a busy road, so I would recommend a room near the pool to avoid the road

Amazing breakfast, great restaurant for dinners. Comfy bed and spacious rooms, nice pool and nice staff.

Aircon is loud and too cold even when set to higher temperatures. When the restaurant is running on skeleton crew (interestingly only one of the four nights), you better go out and eat elsewhere. Nice roadside food vendors just on the street.

We got food poisoning from the dinner in the restaurant. So that was not super fun 🙈

The staff, the breakfast buffet times and content great quality. The pool was a lovely area and clean.

The short but a little dangerous walk to the beach or city center. The public paths are blocked by cars or mopeds.

The air conditioner was really noisy and could not be adjusted

Get rid of the clock radio's, these are very outdated and old looking only bring the quality of the rooms down.
