Right in the middle of patong beach 🏖️

The staff is amazing, smiling and helpful, the pool is excellent, the garden is really beautiful. The location is excellent.

A heavy smell of mold in the room, it seems that the air conditioning system needs a serious cleaning. The location is excellent, but due to its proximity to Bangla Street there is noise until 4am, the noise did not bother us.

it was my second time and as if nothing had changed but was excellent like my first visit in 2017

just that i got room near the walking street, but i adjusted as i like music and was out mostly , but sometimes whn needed to sleep early it bugged

The room is really nice, spacious and quite. Breakfast is good. However my family room is at the very end of the property close to Bangla Road and it reeks of Canabis which has very recently been legalised in Thailand. If you like it close to the action at night but want to have privacy and serene jungle tranquility in the the day this seems to be a pearl.

The noise from Bangla Road is deafening and will only end a 02:00am. Not particularly recommended for people who like their sleep early or families with children

I quess constant music, but got use to it, could still sleep. Had issues with the aircon and sink blocking. Reported and issue were taken care of fast. thanks

Well run hotel in beautiful grounds. Mosquitos very welcoming, but that's Phuket, not the hotel. But the 'jungle effect' of the grounds was beautiful. Breakfasts had a good choice of both Western and Thai food.

It was very humid during our stay, so air conditioning in at least part of the restaurant would have been nice. As it was, apart from breakfast, we tended to eat in nearby air conditioned restaurants during our stay. On the plus side we were near to the Bangla Road with all its 'amenities' - unused but gawped at by us. But that meant that it was noisy at night until 3 or 4am, which was distinctly tedious.

Beautiful oasis in the middle of all the craziness. Lovely pool, very clean, great location.

We were NOT bothered by the noise from Bangla rd! Our room backed straight on to the street and we slept fine every night.

The swimming pool is large and comfortable. The reception is great. The rooms are like cottages

nice and clean rooms, i like the classic wood look of the rooms. really beautiful garden with a nice little pool. you are perfectly located in the heart of patong. you got everything you need infront of your doorstep

it's very loud every night, bass heavy music and fireworks every night until the sun comes up. But you should be aware of that if you book a hotel next to Bangla Road. You can't blame the hotel for that. it was still annoying sometimes

Excellent location if you want to be close to the action and nightlife. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Typical Thai friendliness and smiles. Definitely great value for money comparatively. Lovely gardens, pool and ambience.

Our room was close to the noise of Bangla Road which pretty much goes all night. That's the only grumble we had but happy to overlook it for all the other great features this hotel has. Would definitely recommend to anyone, especially couples.
