Great location, very close to beach and Bangla road, reception staff spoke great English.

We saw a rat run through the reception-garden area which was not ideal.

Rooms was spacious

This property was booked due to its location and close proximity to the beach and Bangla Road for the Songkran Festival and it didn't disappoint! We were right in the middle of all the excitement! The beach was directly across the road, Bangla Road was only a few steps away. Everything we needed was practically at the front door. The room was clean and comfortable although the bed was hard which is kind of standard in Thailand. The room was made up every day including fresh towels and the mini bar restocked. If you have trouble with stairs, request a ground floor room as they do not have a lift. Bring a book or other device to watch TV or other shows as there is no cable on the TV in the room - only Thai channels are available. This didn't bother us as we were too busy being outdoors and celebrating Songkran with the locals. Discounts are also provided for the restaurant next door which has a large menu and some of the freshest seafood around town. A small bottle shop with a few snacks can be found at the front door with an array of options if you walk a short distance in either direction or up Bangla Road. The pool is small but lovely, the only downside to the pool area is that diners in the restaurant are seated along the low gate next to the pool which could make some individuals uncomfortable. This also didn't bother us as we used the pool in the mornings when the restaurant was closed and not in the evening. I would stay here again.

I booked a normal double room for 1 night which was on the upper floor. Since I had knee pain, I requested them for a room in the lower floor at the very last moment. They upgraded our room at the ground floor without any extra charge. The reception staffs were always happy to help. Room was clean and well furnished. Pool was nice. The location of the hotel was very good. Very near to the beach and restaurants around. We would definitely like to come back again.

Noisey at night from music on Bangla Rd. I’m glad I brought ear plugs, I definitely needed them. Not sure if they have them at reception. No lift. The room wasn’t perfectly presented (eg paint wasn’t professionally finished) but I guess that’s reflected in the price and doesn’t impact the functionality. Also you have to remember to lock the door before you leave your room as it doesn’t lock automatically.

Great staff, very helpful also in English. The place is 20 steps from the main Bangla road. I had a problem with my A/C and they call someone that fixed it in no more than 5m. After they fix it the manager there just cleaned everything after him and took care that I'm OK.

If you want to sleep early and a little noise can bother you, it is not the place because, it is too close to the main road of Patong.

The garden area was awesome and the balcony from the room to the garden side. Nice and helpful stuff on the reception desk, possibility to book taxi to the airport. Room was nice (nr 222) and cosy - cleaned every day. Wi-fi working very well. Swimming pool area nice to relax during morning and noon. Close to the beach and the city centre area.

The noise from the Bangla Street during the night (setting up high speed air-con fan in the room was helping to howl it down a little :D ) Restaurant avaiable for everyone next to the swimming pool area made it not very quiet and relaxing in the afternoons when it was becoming busy.
