\Breakfast was the best one I've had in 4-5 starts hotels, it offered choices for everyone in the family from 1 yr to 65 yr old, they all compliemented it. The staffs were very nice, smiling and friendly. Bed was very confortable.

Pool bar and pool area was small. The cafe and drinks were very pricey for the place like this. Cocktail at the rooftop bar were expensive and didn't taste that great, ones at the beach bar were tastier.

Buffet dinner is perfect, really recommend. Swimming pool is good and the hotel has a private beach. Family room is big and comfortable. I’m so happy to stay here.

The day that I stayed, the swimming pool’s water is very chilly.

the beds, the balcony, and the room service were great. the staff assisting to help us book taxis at the entrance were super friendly as well. I really like the swimming pool too, they come with adult floats and a big slide into the pool--for both adults and kids. The staff manning the space will push your float down as if you're in a waterpark as well, that was great.

the toilet has a sewage smell which will permeate the room when we are out. Also, the reception is at the basement level which was inconvenient to go from level 1 to the basement whenever you had something urgent to ask. The breakfast is a very good spread of international cuisine, but food quality could be better. The same restaurant had a very good lunch menu, so it was just the buffet that was lackluster.

The journey from the airport to Ana Anan was about two hours but after you reach the place you will know that it is worth it! As a Suite class, you are lead to Sora for your check in (your daily breakfast will be here away from the crowds). When you enter the room, you will be amazed with the spaciousness of the room. The bathroom and the living area could possibilities fit another 4 more people!! Then the view of the sea hits you from the balcony and beyond! It is almost an all inclusive Resort as there are pools, water sports, spa, meals, sky bar (under renovation when I was there), beach bar!

Water pressure could be more consistent and sometimes the floor can be a bit sandy and the lifts wet (but understandable as it is next to the beach. Location is a bit far and the surrounding buildings are a bit under construction but within the Resort is splendid.

The spacious room with a large balcony which enabled us to have a great view of the sea. The type of the room which we selected provides guests free afternoon tea and happy hour drink while for the breakfast guests are also able to have both buffet as well as a la carte to eat, which is a plus.

Unluckily we were unable to enjoy the tranquillity which we look forward to having since a new restaurant right below us is being constructed and it created annoying noise, which is terrible. The beach nearby seems not suitable for swimming and water activities. In addition, the hotel is far from the city.

The general manager Koo was incredibly professional and accommodating, he did a few things during our stay which really elevated the experience for us. Because of this I would definitely recommend this hotel and will also be returning soon! Kids club was very cute and they had activities laid on for the children in the evenings such as painting. Nice idea.

The breakfast wasn’t that great as there were not many options for vegetarians. Nothing at all for vegans. The beachside needs improving. It was full of litter and not very comfortable.

The room is pretty large. I chose this room because the bathtub is inside the room, not on the balcony so I don’t feel the heat from sun while using it. The bed is quite big and comfy. The staff are very nice and polite. For breakfast, they have Thai food, sushi, bakery, salad and American breakfast. The taste are good too.

The swimming pool is too narrow, with a few groups of guests, I could hardly swim there. Apart of that even though they have a beachfront view, the wave is quite strong and the sea isn’t very clear so I didn’t get to play at the beach much. However, the view are exceptionally beautiful and there wasn’t many people at the beach so I got a bunch of pictures there.

Still a developing area, but close enough to Grab to busier places. The benefits of the Club lounge with our accommodation type were very unexpected and we throughly enjoyed that. Staff were very helpful and it was great to have Simon help us out, as he spoke fluent English. Him and his team were absolutely amazing.

No where to sit by the pool on a lounger with umbrella's. Had to sit by the beach and then walk back to the pool for a swim.

I would like to commend the staff especially to Simon for being such a dear in settling a dispute with a cab driver. Simon handled everything professionaly. The whole place was very nice, over the moon restaurant on the top of the hotel is ideal for sunset, make sure to make a reservation. Breakfast was exceptional with both local and western cuisine. For a relaxing stay in Pattaya, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Got the ocean front pool villa and the views were amazing.

Hot water was not consistent. Stayed here for 2 days and only on 1 morning there was hot water. Seems like it’s a hot water tank that is shared. This didn’t bother me too much since the cold water in Thailand isn’t really cold. But for those who like pipping hot steamy shower/bath then you should put this into consideration.
