We have been coming back to the avani for about 14 years . The hotel is 1st class. We have never had a problem. All.the staff are absolutely fantastic. Especially art who works the pool bar and Tony in dicey riley's. Bank at the pool bar fantastic nice to see Matthew back at the avani. We will always go back to the avani . The hotel is perfectly placed.

Avani Resort is a beautiful oasis in the midst of the Pattaya hustle and bustle. Situated right in the centre, you can easily access 2nd Road and Beach Road from here. The staff is great and super attentive, last minute booking and a late check-out (1pm) wasn't a problem for me. Note that they do take a security deposit when you first get there. I stayed in a garden view room, which was perfectly adequate, the aircon wasn't too loud and the complimentary water is a nice touch. I would say the room wasn't "spotless", as there were some tiny stains on the bathroom sink, but I'd put that down to the appliances being a little older. The rooms do get cleaned every day if you want it. The pool is well-maintained and has a swim-up bar that serves drinks and food, premium prices though. Breakfast was included with the room and consisted of a large buffet selection with Western, Thai, Indian and Chinese cuisine. Attached to the hotel is the Royal Garden Plaza, you can head straight through for a spot of shopping or for grabbing some food without ever leaving the air-conditioned area. Overall I would rate Avani Resort as a strong contender for the title of best hotel in Pattaya. Great for solo travellers, even greater for families.

Some of the bathroom appliances were a little stained, likely from age. Prices for pretty much everything in the hotel are way above average.

We really liked the setting. There was a bit of noise but it wasn't a problem for us. Most of the staff were great. Great massages at the spa.

We didn't like leaving the hotel at all, because in front of the staff one of our bags with luggage disappeared (someone stole it) and the manager had to watch the cameras, wasting time until the bag was found anyway. We did not like it and it is completely unacceptable for this to happen in a hotel of this rank.

Excellent location. Right close to the Walking street, Night market, & some good Malls. They have created an Oasis within the city.

second time for me, pool, safety and the location made me to book again.

Well maintained hotel that is take care of although it's not brand new. Friendly staff. Location convenient.

Big travel groups from India that didn't follow Covid rules, i.e. wearing protective masks, etc. Hotel didn't enforce its own Covid policy.

I like the location stove and the most I like is the breakfast
