I am surprised that they provided a room that does not have any carpet covered on the floor. I mentioned in my previous comment that I do not like room with carpet but since the location and service are good, I still prefer to stay here. However, I am not sure if they remember this or mark down, I got a room without carpet. I am so surprised and happy with the arrangement.

I hot water supply was not very stable and is not easy to control. The water may not be too hot at the beginning but it will suddenly became very hot when I was washing my hair. When I tried to adjust it, the temperature became too cold at the end.

I was surprised that the swimming pool is very clean, no matter the pool and pool side. The location is great as you do not need to take any transportation, you still can go to a lot of places, e.g. shopping mall, restaurants, shops, temple, etc.

The lighting is not enough around and within the hotel. The street outside the hotel is relatively dark after the massage shop is closed after 10 pm and only a little light is available in the lobby at night time.

The hotel is located in the center of Pattaya. It is very convenient for us to go anywhere no matter by taxi or by walk. We are surprised that the swimming is very clean and the view from the room is stunning no matter in the day time or at night.

The lighting around the hotel is no enough. It is relatively dark once the massage shop is closed after midnight. In general, we do not prefer room with carpet as it is very common that parasites may be breeding in it.

I have not been staying this hotel for ages. Actually, the location of this hotel is very good, there is a shopping center in the opposite. The reason for not staying this hotel for long time is only because my previous activities areas were changed.

Actually i do not prefer to stay in a hotel room that is covered by carpet. We all know that almost all carpet in the room have not been deeply cleaned for long long time. Insect, mud, dirt, food residue are all over it.

The staff, apart from the first night receptionist who put us in the wrong room then attempted to get us out of bed at 1.00 am in the morning to move rooms. I refused to move until the next day when they suggested I paid extra for that room which I also refused. Everything was sorted out with the lovely English speaking staff on day reception (thank you).

Location perfect if you want to be in central Pattaya. Good size rooms, nice pool, really great staff from the lobby to reception to housekeeping

Location, 5 minutes from Beach Road and Walking street. Large pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Large double room with balcony. Excellent value for money
