Nice stay, good breakfast, nice pool. The view of rooms facing west is blocked by ugly walls, however, recommended are the deluxe rooms facing the pool which have a nice open view

This Hotel is popular among people from India and Indian women of all ages jump into the swimming pool with all their clothes, turning it into a very unpleasant and unhealthy cultural experience.

No chance of an early check in or out, but that's based on apparently full occupancy.

Spacious room and a really larg and comfy bed. clean rooms and great swimmingpool area. This location is perfect for people wanting to be around soi buakhao area. Near the nightlife area, massages and 7 eleven. Really easy to move around as the Baht buss stops litterally outside your door steps.

Breakfast menu was not good, they had 3 options to choose from. Asian breakfast, American breakfast and Vegetarian breakfast. We ordered the vegetarian but they did not have it, why put it on the menu then?

Great swimming pool, very large room and lovely balcony. Location is close to everything. Excellent wifi. Very good value for the price

TV reception was poor. Walls are thin....you can hear clearly the conversation in the next room and follow along with what they are watching on TV. Big heavy wooden doors and chairs are banging and chairs dragged across the tile floor makes it noisy from neighbouring rooms. Reception are not friendly. Didn't see a smile or any sign of gratitude for staying there for 10 days. Unusual in Thailand.

We had a remarkable stay at the hotel, which was impeccably clean and situated in a fantastic location on Soi Bukhao, offering convenient access to all essential amenities. With two pools and a gym, the hotel provided excellent recreational facilities. Personally, I adored the rooftop pool, which offered breathtaking views. The breakfast exceeded expectations, with a wide selection of delicious items to choose from. The staff was outstanding, and the room service provided was exceptional. In summary, our stay was outstanding, and we thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of it.

The room was well equipped and of great size. Safe and secure...privacy assured. Pool a welcome retreat from heat (in shade all afternoon) Cleaning staff on my floor was exceptional...I've never seen Thai hotel staff clean to the extent she did. 63 steps to one of my favourite eateries in Pattaya and a short stroll to Soi Buckhao action...

Frosty reception staff. Not welcoming and was scared to ask them anything. Booked one big bed which actually is 2 pushed together that just didn't work. The cleaning lady changed configuration and worked much better. The kettle was very dangerous as faulty but was soon changed by the cleaning lady when it was highlighted to her. Lower floors would have a bad view, if any.

There are 2 entrances to the hotel. I arrived a bit late and the hotel appeared to be in a secluded location through a few side streets. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the other entrance connects directly to Soi Bukhao. Magic location totally by chance. From here you can catch the Baht bus to get to the beach and Walking Street. The room was spacious and clean with a good sized balcony.

The person on reception at check-in was a bit grumpy but the rest of the staff appeared to be fine, especially house keeping. To get to the swimming pool you had to go outside and climb some stairs but no big deal.
