Price, location, owner, staff, facilities . Room was clean, bed was comfortable, linen and towels provided were clean. Room was of decent size. There was a small refrigerator in the room. There was a TV, but I did not use it. The AC was working with no issues. One can catch a baht bus from just outside the property. It costs 10 baht in any direction. Property is close to LK Metro, about 10 minutes walk or less. Walking street will be 20 minutes walk, but one can take a baht bus. Check in was smoothest. I met the owner when I was checking out. A very amicable person. Although the place is close to action street, inside the room it was peaceful, no noise at all. Lot of places nearby to eat. They have their own cafe. Food there is very reasonably priced. As I have special dietary requirements , I did not use this facility though. A 7-eleven is about 2 minutes away. There are several coin operated laundries around, if you are staying for several days. Also there are several massage shops around (and they are cheaper than most shops in other busy areas). I hope they will keep price and service standards same next time I visit :)

Nothing to dislike

Great staff. Such nice girls who run the property. Superset and kind to me. Brilliant location for soi buakaow and the market. However, the rooms are so quiet. Nice bar downstairs. Room is spacious, comfortable and well equipped great natural light with balcony and huge plus and this price point. I would love to stay here again.

Location and staff

Aircon was not cold enough ant nest in the bathroom and was not the cleanest of places

Excellent location. I did not stay in the Secrets building but their overspill facilities at Bar Zappa 4 doors down from the Secrets hotel. Staff very helpful.

Misunderstanding about room cleaning - some days the room was missed but that is probably because I am a late riser. It would be an advantage if clean towels could be left in a basket outside the room if the guest is sleeping.

Everything about secrets is to like,excellent location, good room ,clean,will clean room everyday if you want ,or just towels no problem,excellent staff and amazing value for money

The location was perfect My room was in the Zappa bar just a stones throw from Secrets Had a room facing the back which was very quiet at night so got good nights sleep

The only thing that could be improved on was shower pressure and it didn’t get to hot but it was ok

We have stayed here many times. Clean Rooms, Hot Shower ,Excellent Wi- Fi, ,Satellite TV, Balcony , Nice Staff and very comfortable bed. Great Value for Money and a very good Location

We have never had problems but for others maybe no lift to floors

It was basic but great as a base , in a reasonably quiet area 2nd time staying here , now has a pool table so spent some time in the bar

The tv was a bit dated , lack of a decent mirror

Close to shops, bars, restaurants. Big room with balcony. Hotelstaff gives you complete freedom and privacy.

To the 5th floor is quite a climb (request for lower floor if you need). Lightdetection falls out too early, so sometimes you are at the stairs in complete darkness. These are minor things, it will be my first choice if i stay in Pattaya again!
