Excellent location overlooking the seafront and beach, room with the bath on the balcony is incredible and the ultimate place to privately relax. Breakfast is a game changer. Such a broad selection and variety, with wonderfully attentive staff who are very happy to help. Have stayed in many different hotels for both business and vacation in Pattaya, and this is easily the best one.

There was a music festival on at the same time that I stayed, so music playing until 2am, but that was more just bad luck and timing than anything else. The pool gets a little cold, based on where it's positioned in the hotel, but not the worst problem in 35 degree heat. Overall an excellent hotel with an excellent lounge, gym and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room had a good sea view and was clean and well-furnished. The swimming pool was nice. The hotel is virtually connected to a shopping center that has many restaurants and a good food court. The location is great, right along the beach, with a walking distance of about 15 minutes to the walking street. I would like to give a special mention to the hotel staff for their high-quality services and friendliness. The front desk people were always there and willing to help. The team at the concierge services were very helpful and eager to provide assistance. The staff in Edge restaurant were just wonderful! Their happy faces made for a great start to every day. After a few days of staying, I was impressed by them and would like to mention some names that I remember among others: Ferm, Mimi, Moo, Beam, Earn, Tammy, Art, and Oane. Thanks for all that they did for us.

Deluxe room is not full sea view as advertised but partial sea view which is very misleading for a person booking online who books by the title give for the room. Front desk apologized and mentioned "feedback will be shared". Since all the full sea view rooms were fully booked on the day we arrived we couldn't upgrade at the hotel as well. Would have been great had the hotel was clear in advertising the view.

The hotel is excellent. We booked an executive suite with lounge access. The staff are very friendly and helpful and we can also communicate with them by WhatsApp which is efficient and effective. Special short out to Jet at concierge who can remember our names and room number on the first day of our stay. He is also extremely helpful.

The location! Do not recommend it to family and those who just need a peaceful stay. The hotel is located in the middle of the red light district…. Also it seems that most good restaurants and either on the northern pe southern part of Pattaya….

The Hilton Pattaya is an excellent hotel. There is really nothing I can say negative about this property except that it is at a much higher price point than most of the properties here. But it is worth it if it is in your budget. The food is good in the hotel at all locations. The staff is wonderful and really excellent in the Excecutive lounge of which I had access. There was excellent staff and service. The view is incredible. It sits on top of a mall with many food options and shopping and facials and other beauty treatments. This property has a beautiful pool and pool area. A nice gym. I can’t praise this hotel enough. This is the second time I have stayed here. And glad I came back.

The pool is a little too cold for me.

Excellent service from all the staff, the roof top bar and food in the restaurant (breakfast, dinner and pool bar). It is the perfect location to enjoy Pattaya. You can relax in a luxurious hotel before heading out and making a short walk to the various bars and restaurants scattered around. A tuk tuk to the walking street and the pier (for getting the ferry to Koh Larn) takes less than 5 mins.

The only thing we didn’t like about the hotel was that the pool was too cold! Most of the guests seemed to feel this way. A heated pool would be much better. Having said that, the pool area itself is fantastic, with the service from the staff here being great (they couldn’t do enough for you). One other minor thing we didn’t like, is that the furniture on the balcony wasn’t very comfortable. Some soft seating here would make this a perfect spot to sit back and enjoy the views.

One of the best Hotels I stayed at! Location, rooms, cleanliness, food, CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My husband is too hard to please when it comes to hotels but he was amazed during every minute of our stay! I highly recommend the ocean view rooms....very magical!!

One downside to our room was that you could hear every car and all the noises on the street at night.
