Everything about the Wave Hotel is Perfect. The staff are absolutely fabulous, always smiling, very attentive and so warm and welcoming. This decor of the hotel is quaint, really plush and very comfortable lots of items on display to browse around. The Aircon in the bedrooms is outstanding. Breakfast was delicious each morning. I couldn't fault the hotel, we were lucky enough to stay over NYE 2024 and the buffet was amazing, the staff performed in the show it was so much fun and the view of the Pattaya fireworks were fantastic. If ever in Pattaya again this would be our first stop for sure. The hotel is quite close to a nearby entertainment district (not walking street although this is only a 15 min walk) and live music can often be heard early in the eve. Bit of a bummer if you are trying to rest before going out for the night but again this might be your thing.

The Wave is the best hotel in Pattaya, so much so that we booked it twice during our stay in Thailand. Oozing with class this facility does not have too many rooms so the service is personal. Breakfast is good and freshly made, you select the food items you want from a menu. If you know Pattaya, you know that Beach road can be noisy, but on the top floor here we weren't disturbed by the noise outside. A special mention of thank you to Joey and Team!

A truly intricate, beautiful, interesting hotel fantastically put together. Complete attention to detail down to paper of dine in menu matching the colors and patterns of the room. Watch the action on the beach from your balcony. If you appreciate superb hotels, with wonderful hosts like Min and Bobby at the desk, just go.

It is exclusive with minimal number of rooms all with sea views. You really get to know the small number of staff and they cater to your needs, even down to exactly how you like your food and milkshakes. Far superior to large hotels with many staff changes in shifts.

Impeccable service. Staff very friendly. Excellent location. Had the pool to ourselves most days, although the hotel was full. Pool has the sun all day. Breakfast relaxing and food fantastic. Great air con in bedrooms and rooms larger than the norm. Open plan rooms with a very large bath and separate shower. Food and drink prices are reasonable for a beach front hotel.

The breakfast is so wonderful here, location is very convenient, near Pattaya Central, where you can also find a food hall, 7-11 store.

Wave Hotel is a Sukosol hotel known for their attention to detail and amenity. The hotel is opposite the beach and in central Pattaya near many shops and eateries. The hotel has excellent large rooms with all the features you expect of a four to five star property. Breakfast is exceptional cooked fresh upon your order from an appetising menu. Staff are very attentive and friendly. The pool is very good and was never really busy, many times I had it for myself.

On Wan Lai Day the road in front was closed and there was a concert on the beach from noon to 11 pm. The music boomed through the room shaking the walls. I regretted staying on that day, as an older traveller it was not pleasant. But Wan Lai is only one day in the year, but one to avoid staying on Beach Road unless you like really loud music and crowds.

it is in a great location and the rooms are spacious well-maintained and incredibly clean It has a fantastic restaurant and the pool is adequate given the size of the hotel Almost all of the staff are incredibly friendly If you are visiting Pattaya this is a great place to stay

I have a bit of a pet peeve about restaurants that automatically include 10% service charge and also exclude 7% tax the natural result is that you pay 17% more than what is displayed on the menu also the ladies on the front desk and super helpful however when we checked out the gentleman could’ve helped more with our luggage and he insisted on keeping my credit card into a weird system after I had already paid and entered my pin on the terminal I did not permit him to do this just to satisfy the Owner spreadsheet as I did not want my car to be compromised

Beautiful boutique style hotel. Fantastic location on the beach but still quiet in the rooms. A Themed hotel which made it more personal. Bobby one of the managers was very pleasant to deal with and a asset to this hotel!

Could have a few smaller tables for breakfast/restaurant room as quite often there would be round tables for 6 with only 1 person using it. On one occasion there was no where to sit for breakfast and only 8 guests we're in the restaurant.

Very polite and freindly staff and lovely atmosphere in the hotel. The food in the restaurant was very very good as were the restaurant staff.

The only negative is the sound of motorbikes speeding along the beach road at all hours. Maybe better soundproofing for the windows in the future would be good, but it certainly would not stop me from booking here again.
