The staff were so nice and accommodating. the place also had a night guard which made us feel safe. the breakfast was both very delicious and the amount was a lot! the rooms and pool were clean and the view from the balcony was so nice. there is no elevator but the staff helped us with all the luggages so we didn't have any problem. will definitely stay here again.

Maybe not for everybody but exactly what we were looking for. Was in Pattaya not for the nightlife so distance was not an issue. We stayed for 5 nights but only went to the Pattaya City once. Less than 5 min walk to the main street and you can get on the motorcycle taxi for THB 50 to Walking Street. Halal Food is nearby within walking distance. Kudos to "Nimasna" the receptionist for being very helpful. The bed was comfortable although the room is a little small than I expected but a full-size balcony made up for it. Having a ceiling fan is a bonus and prefer just the fan instead of the air-cond. There isn't much to say on the breakfast, but having a 24-hr free snack counter is a great idea. Well.. I didn't get the all-white decor room, mine was with dark brown furniture but it was still great, and have that colonial era feel to it. Nostalgic.

Hotel was very quiet, private. Staff was very friendly. I arrived very tired four and a half hours before my 2pm check-in time. The staff allowed me to check-in early at no charge so I could shower and sleep. They were exceptional. The room was awesome. Very clean and everything was provided for. Will stay here again on my next visit, and would highly recommend.

It’s a beautiful boutique hotel! I absolutely love the exterior. The pool area is small but it is really nice. The rooms are spacious, and our bedroom had two bathrooms! They even offer free snacks & coffee in reception. Lovely staff!

I wish there’s more choices for breakfast. I requested for iron and the board, I only got the iron and the staff told me they didn’t have the ironing board.

Parking was available in confined space. All staff were polite and happy. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was good. Small pool just right for children to enjoy themselves. It was good accommodation

best hotel i stayed in Pattaya Thailand!!!! the staff were kind, always ready to help. room was amazing , clean and beds were comfortable!!! thay have the best coffee ever!!!!! the location is 10-15mins away drive to Pattaya Beach. big 7/11 store is 5mins walk from hotel.

maybe the pool was too small for adults. but didnt really bothered us. its okay for kids though.

There is a 7-11 nearby and the price/performance ratio is very good. Very nice staff!

The water pressure in the toilet is a bit low, the sound insulation on the upper and lower floors is not good, and it is some distance from the seaside.

It was all great. Just be aware it's 15 mins walk or 5 taxi to central Pattaya and another5 min to the beach . So a fair way out . But that does have its advantages
