My room (I stayed in Building 2) was clean. I had a kitchen with a sink, a big refrigerator, kettle, microwave, and a table for dining. Housekeeping clean rooms every day. Housekeeping change sheets, sweep and mop the floor, swipe your table and counter tops, and wash your dishes as well. Breakfast is good, and they serve a variety of foods, fruits, and vegetables. Breakfast starts at 6 a.m. and ends at 10 a.m. A pool and a gym are available for you to use and close at 10 p.m. Laundry and massage services are available for additional fees.

The bathroom door swing into the bathroom instead of outward into the kitchen. The bathroom is small and you have to walk into the shower to open the door fully. For a condo room the kitchen doesn't have burners in the kitchen but it does have a microwave. The location is South Pattaya, on South Pattaya Road with crazy congested traffic. I had to take a Bolt everywhere and some of the Bolt drivers doesn't know The Grass location while using a GPS, smh. Nothing is in walking distance but 7/11 and a couple of mom and pop restaurants. Walking Street, Central Festival, Terminal 21, Ripley's Believe it or not, Tree Town, Pattaya Night Market, and all Tourist attractions/sites are far away. It's too hot to walk

As with seemingly all Thai people, staff were very friendly and helpful. Extra amenities were helpful (on-site store and laundry) Bidet was much appreciated.

Site was fully wheelchair accessible apart from manual doors at entrances to buildings, but staff would always open doors if present when needed. Constant motorcycle noise day & night, but this is Thailand. Hard for person in wheelchair to get to the pool. Messaging via Booking.com app seemed to be totally ignored. Bathroom extremely cramped, had to walk into shower cubicle to get past bathroom door to use toilet.

Value for money. Overall a pretty good apartment for this money.

There were two beds (one double and one single) in the room. I booked it for three people. The double bed assumes only one blanket. It turned out you have to pay around 180 Batt for each night for the second one. Sounds a bit ridiculous for me - ended up buying a spare one in the nearby Big C.

It was a la Carte room service, i didn't eat at mind bistro i went out

Room initially smelled like moth balls. Kitchen counter was beat up, needed replacing. Noise from club music till 2 or 3am. Needed ear plugs

little noisy .tv channels glitched a lot but main whinge was were told we can pay on arrival but money had already been charged to card

Day time staff were much better at helping than the night staff. Good location and comfortable bed

I had a problem with the lock on my door and the alarm for my room kept going off. This was at 1am I called reception who were no help I eventually had to go down to reception and I was told that they had no maintenance working and nothing they could do. I insisted that they were going to do something, eventually a member of staff had a look at the door and fixed it

The room looks like it has gone through some refurbishment (everything feels new and clean). Bed was comfortable, bathroom/toilet works great and to my surprise there was a microwave in the kitchenette if you need to warm up your food. Gym and pool which I didnt use but nice to have. This feels like a 3/4 star quality hotel but with great pricing. Theres the famous flagship 7-11 nearby and for Muslim traveller, halal food is easily accesible within 500 m up the street. I had a great short stay. Great value.

If you're driving your car here, the parking system is kinda troublesome because its situated at the back of the building with no direct access to the reception. A lot of confusion because language barrier and confusion with security making check-in with luggage a nightmare. Hotel should provide space for guest to drop-off luggage at least before guests can proceed to the parking area. The front office staff were brilliant, efficient and helpfull though.

Have every thing the gusts want, nice rooms, great hospitality with the great welcome from Mr :AON front desk employee. Have an excellent GYM, Nice and delicious breakfast with awesome hospitality from restaurant staff. Also have a wonderful seating area outside the hotel building, house keeping on one call they come and make your room as brand new. Location the best, have everything’s , 7 eleven, big C within 1 minute, walking area outside hotel you will find a lot of nice and good restaurants, Massage, nice and very coffee shops and . I think it’s the best ever, I will come in the middle of July to stay on month in this property for sure . Thanks again for Mr :AON 🙏
