Hotel very clean, Breakfast was good and Large swimming pool and staff very helpful and friendly

Pool area floor could have been washed down daily spill stains on tiles but this is advice for future reference, but still give Hotel 10/10 it’s just a little improvement that can eradicate the problem

The property is in the centre of Pattaya and close to the beach.

I have nothing against Indians but the hotel was full of Indians (group tour). You can't even relax or sit somewhere quietly because of loud voices from Indians. Our breakfast could have been better if the Indians know how to even get in the line. But the facilities were okay.

everything was great: the comfortable room, the amazing swimming-pool, the outstanding breakfast, the stunning sunset view from 17th floor, near to Terminal 21

Hotel was clean and tidy, well decorated. Staff were incredibly friendly. Location was fantastic - quick walk to terminal 21 and easy to grab the taxis that drive constantly around the loop to get around the main area.

Around the pool area, other guests were listening to their own music on portable speakers. Whilst hotel staff did ask the guests to stop it wasn't enforced. The music was loud, distracting and made it hard to relax and chill by the pool at times.

Nearly everything was perfect. Very nice kind and supportive in all you needs. Roommate and Reception also staff around Pool .. big thank you for a great stay. the sea view is fantastic

Indian guests are not follow the rules, but the least is excellent.

The hotel is amazing. Staffs are friendly and always make good gestures. Location is exceptional. Walking distance to Beach and big shopping mall Terminal 21. Calm and silent place to stay. Breakfast is amazing too. I stayed with my family and they loved it. And the pool is awesome.

Nothing much. Only concern I had is that the Indians/Pakistanis who stayed there during our visit handled the food with bare hands rather using the given tongs. Example: They took bread and paratta to check and then kept them back. Concerned for hygiene issues. Appreciate if hotel staff inspect those activities.

I like everything in this hotel. First lets start with the location which is close to both the beach and Terminal 21 mall that provide to you everything you need during the stay. The room is very clean and the size of it is reasonable for all of us, also it is quipped with all the needed facilities. Moreover, the breakfast was very nice with good verities of food, and the location of it near the pool is just fantastic. The staff there were very helpful and kind, and the pool was big enough with nice pool for kids. The only thing I noticed against the pool is it is all with the same depth which is 1.2 meter. In general, it was a very good stay and for sure I will stay here again when I come back to Pattaya.

Breakfast. Only one reason for OZO i will decide to come back. So many various of food options from experience in Samui last few years ago. That’s why I chose OZO for a reason for this trip.

Due to it was weekend + holidays, I can see manpower issue from unorganized well and long line of customers at concierge table waiting for check-in and out. Cleanliness is quiet unexpected. Everywhere I walk I see the dirt so I preferred to stay in the room. Price is non-reasonable to revisiting
