I like the hotel and the staff great location and cleaned every day

Was told guest friendly before I came and even says this on your site I booked a double room and only me . But they still charged me 200tbh every day for guest . And charged me 3600thb for taxi and PCR test and then charged me again when I got there they are a rip off I will never stay here again

We had Family Two-Bedroom Suite which is actually two rooms (One-Bedroom Suite and Superior Double Room) connected to each other. There were more than enough space for the family of four and we really enjoyed staying at the hotel. Staff of the hotel was very nice and cleaning was handled well. Breakfast was decent but it didn't vary much. If the prices doesn't go up much after corona times, we'll definitely return to this hotel. (We stayed in the hotel on mid July 2022)

Some furniture were a bit outdated and some new paint is needed in rooms. The pool area that is located on the roof would also need a bit renovation (some tiles has come off, etc.). Only one lift was in use which sometimes caused extra waiting time :(

I've stayed at this hotel many time. and always find it suits me perfectly. The studio rom has a small kitchen area, and the supermrket is only a few minutes walk away at Marine Festival so there is the option to cook something yourself. Plenty of activity in Soi 3 but the hoel is quiet.

At the time of my stay there was some building work close by, but that looks close to being finiished. Due to Covid, the pool bar is no longer operatinfg but that may change

The overall stay was good from room size to cleanliness to facilities to breakfast options as well. It was a good hotel in terms of location too, I just feel that it was over priced and couldve been 20 to 25 percent cheaper considering same facilities are that way. Secondly good for families but for solo travellers, far from night life

reception lobby didnt have air conditioning, location good for families but for solo travellers a bit far from main night life. Plus they wanted to serve but were a liittle under staffed.

Everything was ok...good hotel ..very good staff,from the reception to the restaurant.

I recommend, when hotel has many customers,to add one people more for the service of the breakfast,the ladies there can not make the impossibile when come many people and there is no place for seat,so one more people for manage the moment of stress and the riorganizzazion of the tables..

Very nice place . Near to Beach. Surrounding area was also very good. Near to Central mania mall. Staff was very Good . Room was specious and Bathroom was also very good. Terrace Swimming pool was very good.parking facilities good. Nice Balcony.👍👍

At last there was some confusion. Staff told a Glass which was kept in Bathroom was missing , 😀😀. Then i told them that there was only one glass was kept in Bathroom not two pcs . We did not steal a glass 😂😂.

Location and staff was amazing. They very helpful and room was clean, enough big. Highly reccomended. Also price & benefit is very good result.

From kitchen coming crazy day light at early morning. But house keeping fixed problem, closed windows with box & towels.

Staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Upgraded us on check-in to a nice big room. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Hotel is in a good location, 2 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to terminal 21.

The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the very hard bed but it's not much to complain about. Everything else was great.

Everything location perfect staff amazing so friendly breakfast perfect in studio room it's huge not too noisey at night and everything you could possibly need minutes away best hotel I've stayed in

No complaints oh apart from WiFi hit and miss
