The rooms are very clean and cosy. You have averything you need. The restaurant in the ground floor is very good. The staff in exstremely friendly and helpful. Location is excellent, close to the beach (5-10 minuts walk). In the neighbourhood there are planty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacy etc. I would definitely recomend and if we come back to Pattaya, we will book this hotel for sure.

Neat and tidy rooms. Perfect location for access to beach less than 10 minutes walking or 20 THB by tuktuk. There are plenty of bars and restaurants near the hotel. Rooms cleaned daily, and towels changed. Seven eleven and ATM just opposite the hotel as well as a subway restaurant and many money exchanges. The street down the hotel gets very lively at night with so many food vendors, fancy stuff etc.

I booked Zip in desperation as my usual hotel was fully booked .Took a chance on Zip and I am very happy that I did. For the money it's outstanding, clean, very well run, nice quiet rooms, really good restaurant downstairs with outstanding pizza etc really lovely staff , has a lift and a rooftop garden and location in the middle of everything just off soi Buakhao . Also the bed was super comfortable and the shower had hot water.

At the price point I could not find fault with anything and will definitely rebook next time I need to stay in Pattaya.

A lot of space, both in the bedroom and in the bathroom. You pay to sleep, then if you want to eat downstairs you can get whatever you like because it's a restaurant. Clean.

It's not in the most noisy place of the city, but it's not really quiet by night, earplugs are warmly suggested. At the entrance you have to cross the whole restaurant, so if you seek for privacy, this may be not the best place in the city.

Restaraunt facilities were very good,friendly staff very helpful.nothing was a problem if you had one,rooms kept clean.Excellent sized beds.Lift available.Come and go as you pleased especially at 4am in the morning.Electronic key card. Excellent value.

This is a great option while staying in Pattaya. The location is prime and the price is reasonable. You can hang out in the lounge/restaurant and watch the world go by. The staff are all excellent, especially the Manager, Kim. When I had to go home unexpectedly, he gave me a voucher for the remaining time i had paid for. I will be staying here again for sure, the only hesitation I have about raving about this place is that it will make it more crowded and I wont have it to myself.

Nice room, lift and a good restaurant. Location is perfect for nightlife, much better than Walking Street. Was invited to staff party great fun, thank you.

Some staff were unfriendly and hard sell for food and drink.

Friendly staff and owner , the lift , water cooler to top up bottles was a bonus . Room was well appointed , choice of 2 showers , lots of storage .

Wifi was virtually non existent in room , had to use corridor to get a good signal , owner said he is looking into improving.

All the staff were great especially tip and Annie were good fun to have a laugh with 😎👍

What's not to like great location good food and good company will stay again for sure 👍

The size of the room, the cleanliness, the quality of the shower fittings. The friendly staff. I also like the fact that the hotel is open all night, so it is not difficult to get back late at night. I will definitely stay here again.

The water in the sink poured very slowly.
