Reasonable wifi free. Some english movie, news and entertainment channels. Balcony.

no lockable storage in the room for laptop or other valuables, but that is very common in Thailand at this price level. Security is good anyway and there is a small locker for each room on reception big enough for everything except the laptop

It's in ideal location on soi bukkaho, for bars nd food etc the staff on reception and cleaners always smiling and pleasant ,the room is nice and big and cleaned every day ,also has elevator save using stairs ,very fair price ,right next door to cheap charlies,been going pattaya many years but this place a gem would definitely stay again though it was full every day I was there which wasn't a suprise

Absolutely nothing

Maleez Lodge was a fantastic experience! The location is excellent, and the room was extremely cozy and welcoming. The bed and mattress were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The cleanliness of the entire property was remarkable – everything sparkled! The staff at the reception was simply outstanding, friendly, and always ready to help.

There was absolutely nothing I didn't like. Everything about my stay was perfect!

I've been to Thailand many times over the last 10 years and this is only hotel that is as described. Spotless like new, state of the art air conditioning, shower perfect for everyone's needs. 32inch smart TV. Staff give a warm welcome. You will need Thb 1000 deposit on arrival against damage to the room. All the local aminaties within 2 minutes walk. Next door is Cheap Charlie's a English owned Bar Restaurant, here you can have all your home favourites for less than 200 Thb.

Modern, beautiful and clean facilities, good clean rooms, quiet stay, big refrigerator, nice balcony view, good AC system.

The noisy AC thing was literally ON the balcony, which wasn't the greatest when I was sitting there! I know it's too much to ask, but it'd be better to move it aside. Also, the key deposit was unexpectedly big (I don't remember exact sum, to be honest) which tells something about they treat their guests, but I can live with that.

The staff were friendly. The room was cheap and well-appointed. The location was superb and the restaurant was also excellent. I have travelled extensively over Southeast Asia, and I will definitely be staying here again. 10/10.

I can honestly say that there was nothing I can really complain about. There wasn't much of a view from the balcony, and that is the only thing I can think of.

I enjoyed having a balcony I could sit at and eat my breakfast and watch people below. The staff surprised me by cleaning my room and changing the towels daily. They also cleaned my cups and left two bottles of water. Great location.

Very clean rooms and good facilities. Staff were helpful and polite. Location is in the heart of soi buokauo. Have 7 eleven just opposite and LK Metro, Tree town Pattaya is also nearby.

Just in the middle of the street so you can expect noises from the road. Bikes and people talking loud on the street is audible. Size of the room was not too big but OK

Energy saver (airco). Once the hotelcard was not plugged in the wall, the airco will shut down soon. Which is completely understandable (because of energy savings) but due to the hot weather; something to keep in mind.

Very clean Room . 24/7 reception . Very nice and polite staff . Always with a smile . Strong Air condition . Balcony with city view. They change sheets and towels every day . Big fridge. Its near everything . 7-Eleven at 10 meters .
