The resort is well maintained and is very peaceful. Good AC in the room. The breakfast was great! They mixed it up a little so it wasn't too repetitive. The staff were super lovely, very helpful and kind. They also provide two water bottles everyday. The Chillva Market was a 15min walk and was really an amazing market. I ate there for two of my three nights. Easy to scoot over if you have a scooter, but not a bad walk. Honestly, one of the best markets, for locals and tourists, I have seen in Thailand.

It's not near the main center, but looking at a map will tell you that. It's on a highway but you can't hear anything from inside the facility.

We really enjoyed our stay at A2 pool resort, the staff were friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. We had a room that lead directly out to the pool which was absolutely amazing! I loved being able to just sit and dip my feet in or hop in at any time. The rooms were clean and well styled. The pool area looks lovely and is of good temperature - also love the kayaks! We only ate in the restaurant one evening but the food was lovely! The hotel is a short taxi ride to old town and other areas which sr cheap and easy to book through the bolt app.

It does require a few bits of maintenance such as the shower seals and chips in the bath, but these aren’t anything major. The only downside is the internet connection - it cuts out every couple of minutes which was tricky when trying to connect with family or plan our days ahead. Other than the WiFi we would recommend a stay at A2.

Breakfast was great. Simple crossoint, cereal, eggs, salad, coffee plus soup and rice options. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The local market was great, on every night 20 minutes walk away. Taxi to town was 160 bhat with grab very reasonable. Also near the water park which we really enjoyed on boxing day.

Many of the apartments face on to the pool. So not great if keen to swim lengths. Overall good price and comfortable.

Our room was very spacious and was very beautiful had everything in it, from a rainfall shower to a big bath, clean sheets and towels everyday to a pool access from walking out into our balcony. We ate breakfasts and dinner in the restaurant both lovely. The staff are super helpful and really friendly. (There is even a hotel cat that greets lodgers) Overall 10/10, will definitely be coming back.

I booked for 3 deluxe rooms but I was upgraded to pool access rooms for free. A beautiful hotel with all the amenities you can ask for. A/C was just perfect and the ambiance was outstanding. A great place to stay with kids and for my 5 night stay it was just perfect. 7/11 supermarket was a 5 minute walk from the hotel which was a value added service. Great pool to swim..

Breakfast buffet has a limited options and should be upgraded.

I had booked a standard room for 9 days but the internet wasn’t so good in the room… I asked the receptionist is there another room with better connection… he gave me an upgrade to a nice room with pool access and great internet… for free

Everything was fine for me… I have nothing to complain only the breakfast was nothing for me.. but this is my problem everywhere because I have diabetes…

the room was beautiful, with direct access to the pool and had everything we could need and more! plus we had booked two rooms because there were three of us and they were careful to put us all close together.

breakfast was very poor and not at all satisfactory. We were sorry because one rather late evening the staff stood in the inner garden talking very loudly and it was annoying

Breakfast was great. Pool, very nice with a walk-in from your room balcony. Staff were super friendly and helpful. And it was incredible value. Airport transfer cost 500 - 700 Baht.8

Beds like most in Thailand are pretty hard. The location worked for me, but you probably need some transport if you want to see Phuket.

the property was in a really good location in central Phuket. there’s a major roadway running in front of the hotel but you don’t here the noise of the cars in your room. the staff were really good trying to make you feel really comfortable and at home. the rooms were very clean, you had a place to hang your clothes outside the room door. the pool is unique but it still loads of fun for anyone especially children.

I did not like the food choice. I totally appreciated the cook making a special Vegan noodles for me as best as they could. I just feel in 2022 people have to really consider healthy vegetarian-vegan food choices for those who eat healthy. I’m sure the choices on the menu were very tasty for those who eat meat but for a non meat eater I was limited to noodles.
