We stayed there with a 3 years old and a 18 months old. They provided a cot for us which was great. During our stay, we had a cleaner everyday and water bottles were provided for all family. Our kids loved pool. There were a few different depth so it was perfect for them to play! We could do late check out to get ready for our night flight with no extra cost as the room was still available on the day. Not to mention, all stuff were so lovely and morning buffet was great!

We had a stroller and our room was a second floor with only stairs to go up and down. We had to carry the stroller with our kid in it every time. It would be great if there was a family room especially with baby/infant on the ground floor considering a stroller, amount of stuff we have and have to carry. A shower drain speed wasn't great and nearly flooded to the bathroom floor.

We were a family staying here for 10 nights. The family room had two bedrooms with 1 double and 2 singles, and the hotel provided a cot, which was perfect. The room was on the ground floor opposite the pool with a small private area to sit outside. The children loved the easy access to the pool, and there was a small bathroom with a shower next to their apartment, which saved them traipsing in and out of the pool through the apartment when we The other two adults had a double room on the first floor with a balcony. Both rooms had a convenient clothes rack for drying clothes and towels on, and fresh towels and beach towels were provided every day. Overall, the rooms were spacious, clean, and serviced every day. The two pools entertained the older children and had space for their inflatable floats. The pool bar made some good value food for lunches and tasty cocktails to enjoy in the afternoon and evenings. The pool didn't open till 9am, which seemed late, I did, however, go in for a few early morning swims to get some exercise done, which none of the staff complained about Breakfast was tasty and had plenty of choice and availability every morning. I liked the fresh egg station as well as the pancake maker. Overall, it was a great stay, super friendly staff, and good location for adults and kids alike.

The only thing that wasn't good about the 1st floor room was it had massive issues with the plumbing, blocking most days even without tissue being our down there. I assume being above the ground floor meant it didn't have enough pressure. This was frustrating as I found myself having to leave the room to use the pool toilet downstairs multiple times to avoid another blockage. . I think it would be a great idea if they had maybe 2 hrs of adult swim time available in the morning as as soon as the pool opens it gets full with children and doing peaceful lengths goes out the window!

Good location although on a busy road which at first was a bit dodgy to work along. the rooms were spacious and right next to the awesome pool. Breakfast was great with lots to offer. my boys 5 and 8 enjoyed the pool and the breakfast. the pool bar was awesome too

We had a pool view room, which was quiet and nice. The bed is comfortable, the room and the bath are very spacious and the air-conditioner is fantastic. The hosekeeping staff does a great job! The check-in and check-out was really smooth and the staff st the restaurant were friendly. Karon and Kata beaches + markets were quiet close by walk, and everything is reachable easily by taxi. There is a reasonable “shop” at the lobby with snacks and sodas.

The breakfast could have been more varied with wider selection of fruits and bakeries.

Hotel staff are friendly and super helpful. We arrived early in the morning after long flights and were able to check in early. Really appreciate this! And Thai food in hotel restaurant is the best comparing to various nearby restaurants. Recommended. Hotel is located between Kata and Karon beaches and offer free Tuk Tuk to both beaches.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff.The pool area was very relaxing with well kept garden.The breakfast was great,really good choices and the lady on the egg counter was fantastic.All staff were very professional. Perfect location, 15 minute walk to the beach,the hotel has a daily courtesy bus at 10am though if needed.

The location is excellent, short walk to the beach. Lots of eating places, stalls and markets very close. Short walk into Kata, 200bht into Karon centre although very easily walkable across the front. The hotel is great, we had a standard room and a deluxe room, i would of had 2 deluxe had they had another one available the only added thing really is a sofa and larger space. The standard room was quite ample.

I was very surprised with our stay here. We stayed in a superior double room, the room was huge, much bigger and better presented then the photos online. It was such a clean room, the bed was super comfy and had plenty of space for our toddler to move around the room. on a busy main road, few good local eats not to fair away. not to far from the beach, just a short moped drive away. Pool area was great for our little one to play in, lots of balls and floating devices for kids to play with.

Beautiful accommodation, very clean, the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. The hotel provides free transfer to Kata and Karon in the morning. I would 100 % recommend going to the Kata Beach instead of Karon. The beach is smaller thus more comfortable and the water there is better.

Nice clean pool, good breakfast and friendly staff. Rooms are comfy and clean. Good restaurant with moderate prices.

It's on the main road, the AC covers the noise in the room but the road noise is there, especially in the restaurant and pool. Walking to the beach and shopping area feels like an adventure because of fast traffic and lack of sidewalk. Especially with kids.
