Clean rooms and nice pool, restaurant and massage all together. Quiet place even though it's located off the main road. 3 minutes scooter ride to karon beach. 5 minute walk to 7-11 and other shops and restaurants. Beautiful gardens and pool area. Staff are helpful and rooms are always clean!

Right on the busy road so need to be careful when walking anywhere.

My wifi internet was often slow and completely stopped intermittently throughout the day. I told the lady on the front desk 3 times and I believe she looked into it but it didn't improve for the week I was there.

Amazing place with great rooms and a nice pool area. Sweet and helpful staff. The hotel was in walking distance to both Karon and Kata beach. Would stay here again.

The bed linen and sheets looked a bit dirty. However, I’m questing it was old rather than dirty, so we didn’t mention it.

They gave me a room based on the wishes that I wrote. Beautiful view, linen is changed, there are towels for the beach/pool, a restaurant and a good massage. It is inconvenient to walk along a busy highway (there is also a sharp turn) to shops and restaurants. But taking off the bike makes everything easier

There were ants in our room from the very arrival, they were in the same area, but we had to check things all the time, because once I brought a bunch of ants home in a suitcase

I enjoyed absolutely everything! This paradise corner among palm trees, butterflies and kitties is perfectly quiet, comfortable with quite a good location in relation to shops, pharmacies, exchangers and beaches. Beautiful pool with sun loungers - always clean, always available. The hotel is a marvellous place which is made so first of all by marvellous Thai people - the hotel staff! I sincerely thank the receptionist Pranisa you are exceptionally professional and the best person I've ever met! The girls in the massage parlour on the territory are always ready to come to the rescue (even if the working day is over or hasn't started yet). I was on holiday during the rehabilitation period (after a broken leg) and they helped me a lot and helped me to cope with the problem. God bless you! The food is well organised: regardless of the weather, health or mood, you will not stay hungry - on the territory there is a wonderful restaurant with Thai food, where they always prepare fresh and tasty food and drinks. To Karon beach: 5-7 min walk if everything is ok with your feet, it took me a little longer - approx. 10-15 min slow walk through the private sector. To Kata beach: 20-30 min walk on foot slowly or 5 min by tuk-tuk. Patong beach is far - a tuk tuk will cost apprx. 400 Baht. I miss you, Baan Vanida Garden Resort, already and will definitely come back to you on my next holiday!

Convenient location, within walking distance of 2 beaches, quiet location, beautiful view from the pool. The hotel has a massage parlor and a restaurant, which is very convenient if you want to spend the whole day by the pool.

The water in the shower subsided badly and often lingered for a while on the floor, since the shower was not separated on the floor by any sides, in fact the entire bathroom was flooded. The whole hotel is inhabited by Russians

Beautiful property in stunning grounds. Excellent restaurant and massage spa on site which are very reasonably priced.

Whilst room was cleaned daily and bed change and clean towels offered, the bathroom needed to be more thoroughly cleaned. Sink and toilet not cleaned throughout our 5 day stay.

Excellent, great hotel, lovely garden Lots of trees and plants, birds and butterflies, nice swimming pool, It's very quiet at night and everything is within walking distance, the beach The town , just perfect and the price is unbelievable. It's so good I decided to stay another week..⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lovely pool area, happy and friendly staff always helpful. Good location as close to beach and really good restaurants. Room was great, comfy bed and good pillows. Nice balcony view of the mountains and a seaview from the front door.

No info on in house restaurant or the massage/spa centre. No gym. No directions to local attractions or eateries.

Wonderful resort within 10 mins walk from Karon Beach, and lots of shops and restaurants. It was so quiet and comfortable, with a nice pool area. Also has a restaurant and massage on the resort. The room was large and spacious, could easily fit 3 adults. The staff was so friendly and helped book taxis as needed. Wish we could have stayed longer :)

Perhaps we need a mosquito swatter in the rooms, as it was quite easy for them to get in.
