All about location. The beach is so close the pool clean and inviting. So close to restaurants shopping also laundries. ALL staff are friendly helpful and a joy to say hello to each morning. The tour lady at front Lobby organised a few trips for us. Delightful. The restaurant staff so happy and helpful, the lady/team that cleaned our room was a gem and deserves a shout out. Even with a headcold like I got she soldiered on. So friendly a real treat.

The bed is quite hard. Needs also to monitor mosquitoes they were very bad. Noise also from live music in Restaurant at nights could get quite loud. Our room was directly across from the main windows so I asked if they could be closed to dull down the noise was VERY LOUD. Was done once. Maybe something to consider.

Breakfasts are amazing. Have been coming here for years. Always clean, comfortable rooms, the best location and resort in Kata Beach, i believe..will continue to support this hotel.. Easy check in and check out. Loved our stay.

People puting their alarms on for 6am and throwing beach towels over the pool lounges to reserve and not coming back for hours. Just selfish behaviour. HOWEVER, the pool attendants are onto this and i LOVED watching them remove their belongings and seeing their faces when they came back hours later with people that actually DO want to sit and enjoy them all day. Well done staff ✅️ Also, keep even your small amount of change or anything of value in your SAFE in your room when you go out... so it doesn't go walkabouts 😒😒..

staff has very good service mind and very helpful. Front beach view is awesome.

It's almost perfect but drinking menu by the pool bar a little pissed me off. I looked at the menu and ordered pina colada, there's only one from what I saw, blended one. Btw, it turned out to be shaken one served and I didn't complain to change sice it's already made. The point was price different, the shaken one was more expensive. I could take the wrong order but not price, so I explained to the staff, but she said I hv ordered it wrong. If I didn't add 'frozen', I would get shaken one. But dear, picture in the menu is blended one and your menu wrote only Pina Colada... how can I know that? Anyway, it could be my false as she said menu has 2 sides. I will add picture so u guys could see it. Maybe they could make it more clear.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at and I travel a lot. Everything here is on the high level, starting from the clean and nice outdoor pool and finishing with extremely cozy pillows. I had a room with a sea view and this is something you definitely should pay extra for, it’s just awesome. Well equipped bathroom, nice walk-in shower with natural stone floor and walls. Extremely big bed was a blast for my family of 3. Breakfast has a lot of options, you won’t get bored with it. Also a lot of European tourists like to stay here, which is a big plus, and not too many russians.

I only regret not staying here longer. Everything here was great!

The soft beds, staff were friendly, the fact that you could see them improving the hotel working on place that needs upgrading. The beach was fantastic.

The pool was very hot think it's to shallow so heats up quick the sea was cooler. The space at the pool was to small for deck chairs we had to go onto the beach which is not a problem but you have to pay for the chairs. There was never enough bacon you always had to wait no matter what time we go there.

Location right on beach was fantastic. All facilities, room, speed of elevators and breakfast choices were great.

Cocktails were expensive and not made with real fruit. Dining was expensive and cheaper options were nearby.

Renovated room with sea view. Great swim up bar, beautiful staff. local smart bus outside of hotel, very cheap but traffic is bad in Phuket. Taxi price list from hotel included in photos :) Close to night market and other bars and restaurants

Breakfast could have been better and checked food was covered from flies. No sunbeds after 8 am due to people reserving. Signs to say belongings would be removed but never saw this happen. Not the hotels fault but there were lots of very rude tourists including one that turned a staff member to tears on Buddhist day when she refused to serve alcohol. Seemed to be the place for non English speaking arrogant tourists. We never experienced this in any other hotel in Thailand. Location is good but if you want to go to other areas in phuket transport/traffic is slow. Won't advise using a scooter as we saw too many accidents. Very firm mattress and balconies very close to each other not ideal if you have people in adjacent rooms smoking or talking all night.

the night guard on the gate was very friendly, he always had a chat with us when we went out. A very respectable man

the beach was very dirty, too much plastic items. No one cleaned the beaches

Hotel is beautiful, breakfast very good assortment, bedrooms very comfortable

No sunbeds on beach and frontline ones already taken very early in morning

it is on the beach no roads to cross. love the pool eat and drinks. Breakfast was nice. Staff friendly.
