nice room, everything was clean and new. modern style. good position - right at the bus terminal, right in the city centre (lot of restaurants and shops around). we had a room 404 and it was absolutely quiet. we had a good sleep :) The staff was nice.

the room is easy - the only furniture in the room is the bed - it lacks some desk, ect. (I have many things I need during night - tissues, ear plugs, night pills, water, phone) - all this I had to put on the floor next to my bed, because there is no shelf or nightstand. also be careful: you can check in only till 10p.m.! if you come later there is a sign “If you come later than 10pm please find another hostel, thank you” so they will not let you in after that. But we came in the afternoon so for us it was ok :) also, there is no elevator - we were in the 4th floor and we had to carry all the suitcases up the stairs.

I choose small room with small window. Not many thing in the room. Kinda clean but the bed gave the feeling not really clean. Location is very good, just in front of the terminal.

Next to the Hostel, there is a bike rental. Please be careful to take the picture of gas when you turn on the bike, it drop from haft to zero => I tried to fill many time but it never filled. I showed the picture to the women then she seems knowing about the issue and ignore to ask for additional fee. That’s a scam. About the hotel, nothing much… 5 mins to night market and 10 mins to old town.

Perfectly located, 5 min walk to old town and night market. The room is as described, clean, and with necessary equipment. Drinkable water is provided in the room on arrival. We arrived super late due to our flight being delayed, but the owner was kind and comprehensive and let us check in late. Hotel and rooms design are nice, very good quality for the price. Just know that there is no elevator, so it's a bit tricky when you're on the 4th floor

The hostel is very nice. I was in a private room. Good size of the room. Staff very helpful. Location just opposite the old bus station which is very convenient. It's a short distance to the old Phuket, 5 minutes.

Need better ventilation.smell humidity. Feels more a hotel than a hostel

Great clean hostel. Very quiet! Nice rooms, even that it had no windows apart from bathroom it felt bright, clean, nice decor! Even had a TV. Close to downtown market, old town and very near to Indy market for night time food!

Lack of shop in close proximity, but 7/11 is 7 mins walk. Doesn’t have real backpacker feel!

SO close to the bus station. Good location for centre as well, not a long walk at all. Room was big.

The guy who checked us in didn’t have the best English (not his fault at all) but made it a bit hard to understand what he was letting us know about our stay.

the location was perfect for an overnight stay right at the bus terminal and walking distance to the famous walking street the room was spacious and clean water and toiletries provided 7 eleven was around the corner for breakfast

there was no lift and the stairs to the third floor steep (difficult with heavy luggage) there wasn’t much offered at the hostel by way of refreshments

We wanted to stop by in Phuket old town for a day and booked a private double room at Bloo just for a night. The location is really good, very close to all important spots. The bed, AC and showers were all good. There is no fridge or hair dryer but it wasn’t an issue for us. We didn’t have a long conversation with the staff - they just checked us in and out, seemed like all was ok.

You just get what you pay for, all was ok, i’d stay there again for few days next time.

Had double room. Was specious and comfortable. No noise from other rooms. Beds are really big.

No ac in the common space. There was no chairs in the room and we were sitting in the common space often and it was super hot

Very clean rooms (not even a dust bunny under the bed). Great location for us, just next to the bus terminal and next to a scooter rental. Great food and coffee in the neighborhood. Calm at night.

The beds were hard, but that's the standard in Thailand. It would be nice to have an extra spot to hang towels and maybe a table next to the bed (with a night light).
