We were staying in Phuket at another hotel. We went to look at the hotel before we booked it. A lovely lady called Auang was on reception and was so helpful as we wanted to see the room and requested a lower floor. When we checked in a few days later she helped us with our luggage and gave us an early check in as the room was ready. The rooms are big and very tastefully decorated and clean. Good size bathroom . Free Breakfast included. .The location is quiet as just off the main road. Easy to walk into the old town and local Tops supermarket. We really enjoyed our stay Thank you to Auang, Nook and all the staff who were so friendly and helpful.

Nothing it was perfect

Well organised, clean, pleasant decor, well equipped room, good location. I have stayed here several times and it’s definitely my favourite hotel close to the bus station. I found in many Thai hotels that the rooms are very heavily scented and the sheets have an overpowering smell of the washing powder which gets up the nose. Thankfully this wasn’t the case in TPD. The linen was much more pleasant without the overpowering scent of washing powder. The room was also quiet and the air-conditioning quiet. I left a bag in the storeroom here for two months with total confidence and of course it was there and well looked after when I returned. In general the hotel feels very well cared for up-to-date and everything in full working order it’s fresh and clean.

No balcony in my room. Other than that, nothing at all.

The rooms and hotel are well presented. Everything is clean and in good order. The second room I had was excellent. Not so keen on the first room. The staff were helpful and moved me for the third night and onwards. The hotel is well positioned for the town.

The first room I stayed in, until I was able to move, had no window. I suffer from claustrophobia, so not good! This was not stated in the listing for the room. In fact, within the text, it stated it had a window.

The staff was warm and welcoming. The rooms always clean. The location is right outside of downtown - so it’s nice to be able to walk into that fun but live a bit outside of it and have more quiet when we want it.

The complimentary breakfasts were not what we expected. Just tea/coffee and literally ritz crackers. Would have liked some croissants or toast or something a little more filling. Maybe fresh fruit and yogurt?

Easy to find because the Tee Pak Dee is very near to Bus Terminal 1 and Heng So Book Store. The staff was very friendly and all facilities were very clean. There was free coffee, water and cookies for self-service every day. I had a small balcony and the location was quiet but not far away from the Center. I had a kettle, TV, AirCon and fridge in my room and the bed was very comfortable.

Everything was fine.

- Good location - only 2mins to the Bus station and 5-10mina to the main street. There is also a 7/11 supermarket around the corner. - Good, spacious and clean room. Comfy beds and pillows. - Every day they leave water and toiletries in front of the room (no entering unless requested by the guest). - Staff was very nice and helpful. - Free bags storage in the hours before check-in and after check-out.

No help booking day trips despite the number of brochures in the lobby.

good hotel & cleanness very close to bus terminal

they mentioned at the time of booking that they will accept all visa & master card but when reached hotel they refused to accept & we are in short of cash but they didn't corporate us & unfortunately we have to pick cash from ATM by paying extra 220 bhatt

The staff was lovely, the room very comfortable with TV. Wifi worked very well. The laundry service was amazing! And the breakfast was good too, with toast, eggs, coffee and banana. Location was great, just a few minutes away walking from many stores and main street in Phuket.

No elevator

very cute property. clean rooms and bathroom. shower has curtain. bath towels, bath mats, hand towels, soap, shampoo provided. bottled water. safe, clothes rack, safe, fridge, balcony, table and chairs. air con worked well. kettle, coffee and sugar. air freshener in room. Phuket bus terminal 1 shortcut is behind the hotel which also has airport bus. we used PMK minivan from airport. cost us 150 baht per person. do no recommend them. they jam pack the van with people and luggage. take you to a tour office where the staff try to sell you tours. the driver is rude and dropped my family off telling us it was our hotel. even when I asked him again and again where as I couldn’t see the name. hurrying us out. it wasn’t even our hotel. lucky some locals helped us. it was 5 minutes walk away. Bolt economy to bus terminal 2 was only 100 thb.

Located very far from the main center. The hotel is reputed with good space and ambiance in and around. Rooms- We had booked a deluxe room with 2 double beds. The rooms were spacious with a balcony, and washroom ( having a good shower area). Staff- The caretaker was really helpful. Tried to help with whatever was in her control. As there was no AC she helped us with the table fans in our room. Housekeeping - the cleaning was done regularly.

AC was not working in our room so we checked all the other rooms and it was the same. As there was no AC, and no proper ventilation there was a bad odor in the room which was upsetting. If the AC is not your priority the place is very good. Also, there is also no elevator so you will have to take your luggage via stairs, climbing all the way.
