The pool was great for quick dips and to cool of from the city heat. Staff was so friendly as well.

A little bit outside, you'll need a motorbike to get around but they'll bring you to the next store. Everything works so easy with WhatsApp communication.

It was clean and well presented. The beds were very comfortable rooms was a very good size with amenities. I liked the WhatsApp message system they have adopted. We stayed in a pool villa with shared pool it was very tranquil and relaxed. The breakfast was good that was delivered to the room but a Tea Pot would make things better on a morning.

1. You’re in the middle of nowhere so be mindful if you don’t have your own transportation, a taxi costs around 250Bt to go anywhere and I believe the hotel also as some sort of transportation. 2. Food stops at 7pm so no room service or shop within walking distance 3. Checkout was at 12pm and at 11:30 we had room service waiting outside to get in a simple message would have given them notice we was leaving at 12pm These are all small points overall we enjoyed our short stay and would highly recommend

The villas are gorgeous! The staff are lovely and the pool is good too. Very clean and comfortable stay it was relaxing and spacious in the resort and the gym was an added bonus.

I would say that the location is good if you want a quiet stay away from a town centre. It is not possible to walk to any 7/11 or cafes and restaurants as the roads are busy with no pavements. This is the only flaw, but if you don’t mind getting taxis and renting a bike you’ll be fine. And also the hotel has room service and you can have food delivered too.

We had a 3 room villa with private pool and it was amazing. From check in to check out the staff went above and beyond to make our stay. We had water,coffee & tea everyday and the tuk tuk guys were great. The only thing I would say is some people may not like that it’s in a quite area and that you do have to have transport to get to places or get cabs but this was perfect for us. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if we return

The property is very family friendly, we loved our own private pool. The villa is very clean, and roomy. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Loved all the cats and that they care for them.

The buffet breakfast is quite limited, guessing due to the fact it is quite small resort. The resort is located out of town so is not walking distance to shops with a family due to busy roads. Construction occurring next door so request a villa not at the back of resort. Hot water system not the best.

Loved our time here and would definitely be back! so relaxing to have a private pool. The villa was always so clean, AC very strong, very good WiFi, comfortable bed. We really enjoyed our stay. Staff were all really nice and we felt very welcome specially by (sing) 😊 My daughter loved all cats in hotel Just as a reminder the location of the hotel is far away from activities

We decided to book even more days at Lady Naya Villa’s. Basically this already for itself regarding our review. If we could give 6 stars we would. This is an amazing resort with amazing staff. Highly recommend! The privacy, the pool, the location, the spotless clean rooms, the friendly and helpful staff. It is just perfect.

It is a bit secluded, which we really enjoyed. Railay but also Kata, Karon or Patong (even Phuket) are very double with a scooter.

This place is perfect. Make sure to rent transport as it is remote. However, it being remote makes it very well located if you have transport as you can avoid traffic jams when going to main locations. Staff is incredible here and do small things around the hotel(like add nice decorations, give you free flowers for events) that makes this place really welcoming and warm.

The staff are what make this place truly special - a shout-out to Singh and Mary at reception, who bent over backwards to make our stay a memorable one, and Mr. Omelette in the kitchen, who greeted us with the warmest of smiles every morning.

It's a 10-minute walk to the closest shops and restauants along a busy road with poor lighting.

Everything was perfect, starting from the check in, the location of the hotel, the kindness and the very plus was Mery and her colleges : their were like a personal assistant: whatever you ask they tried to find always a solution in just few minutes after I have asked. Very very professional. They made our stay very easy and comfortable!
