The location. A bit far from other beaches and bars but the views are worth it. 3min walk to Nai Harn beach. Views from their restaurant are incredible too. I stayed in the downstairs room right straight in front of the pool. Stunning view minus the power lines, and a few pool users every now and then but most of them were considerate of others. Room is bigger than I expected and the view is better! You can walk down to the rock by the restaurants — there are some rock pools there quite beautiful. Suit those who prefer peace and quietness. They did my washing for 80baht a kilo.

Internet can be a bit unreliable if you stay in the back rooms up the hill, but the rooms in the front near the pool had no wifi issue.

Great location, walk to beach in 3 min or across the rocks for some snorkelling just opposite the hotel. Very quiet with beautiful views across the bay. Short motorcycles ride for food, shopping and bars. Staff was very helpful and friendly. You get value for money.

As the owner you must improve on the door locks as the existing once are pathetic.

The location is unreal. Specially for a room right on the water it is bliss. You can watch the sunset from your balcony. You can swim off the rocks in the front of the hotel but I recommend wearing reef shoes. The water is beautiful. I loved my stay and can not recommend it enough. Plus it is such great value for money please don’t ever change.

For the price I paid I didn’t expect much but the rooms were clean and spacious and the location was unreal. just couldn’t really lock my balcony door on the sea view room so couldn’t sleep very well with that in my mind. Salution to that bring extra balcony lock chains on future holidays.

Fantastic location, peaceful, feels very calm and private and with direct access to the beach. The restaurant serves delicious food, the staff is super friendly, and the main beach with all the street food and massage stalls is just a five minute walk away. On our check out day we booked a taxi to pick us up at 6:30am but the driver had some sort of problem and didn't come, so the lady drove us there herself!

If I had to say something, if you need something after the minimart closes at 23 it's a long way to the nearest 711. But this isn't a problem if you plan your shopping.

great location , right above the beach, with a small pool , resort has a bar, restaurant and shop. Amazing views, friendly helpful staff. Basic room but that is reflected in the value price.

Very hard mattress, needed to get a wifi voucher from reception. Wi-fi was free but kept logging out. only a very minor issue.

Quiet location with spectacular views. Clean, comfortable bed. Shower had hot water and good pressure. Good lighting and curtains. Beach, roadside cafes/fruit shops, 711 within walking distance. Also a lovely temple. Scooters available to rent. Convenience shop and nice restaurant with chill vibes and great views as part of the guesthouse complex. Prawns in Tamarind Sauce was outstanding. Overall a pleasant stay with good value.

Air con too noisy in the first room I had...much better in the room I moved into afterwards. Pillows could use some updating. Reading light was weak... I pack a clip-on. Stay mindful of step down from sleeping area to bathroom area...I put a sandal on both levels to remind me.

Excellent stay. Friendly staff at the resort, restaurant and shop. There in the low season and exceptional rates. Great food reasonably priced at the restaurant. Good selection of food and other requirements at the shop. The accommodation is on a hilly site but as an aged person (82) still comfortably managed to get around. Close to Naiharn beach proper (5 minutes' walk) Pool was a bonus. Have stayed at a number of Phuket accommodation in Karon and Kata - On the Rocks takes the prize. Will definitely be back.

It really exceeded my expectations, the photos online don't serve justice its a lot nicer in real life! I really enjoyed the location on the rocks right next to one of the most beautiful swimmer beaches I know! its extremely close to great food, bars and quality massage places but still enjoying its tranquillity. Amazing views and lovely staff. The owner always made sure that I was enjoying my stay! deluxe double room with Seaview is spacious, clean and has an extraordinary view. Two tasty restaurants to choose from followed by a hundred more options plus street food stands down the road! great area to adventure but highly recommend renting a scooter! Rawai beach is not far away and offers amazing seafood! Nai hard beach is superb! and if you feel adventurous you'll be able to reach the water climbing down the rocks too I personally loved it and if ill ever be back in Phuket i'll be back here!

everything has been perfect to me besides that the bed is a little bit on the harder side, but hasn't been a problem to me personally

The view from our bungalow was beautiful, both from the terrace and the bedroom , as we had glass doors across the front. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace and watching the sea and boats , with the hills and clouds passing in the background. It was very special. The hotel restaurant and shop were very convenient , and the staff helpful and welcoming . It was a short walk to the lovely beaches

The bathroom could be updated, but it wasn't a problem for us

There was a lot of noise from upstairs apartment coming through the ceiling. No place for luggage in room other than floor and couch.
