Garden and open space, sand beach, swimming pools, massages on air, breakfast, kind staff, hotel localisation.

Reserving sunbeds by putting on them towels in the early morning and not using it by other guests. Some other hotels take towels when sunbed is not used for longer time which is better solution in my humble opinion.

Very clean, well kept grounds and the food was varied and good quality. The pool was immaculate, even during heavy rains, although the lagoon got a little murky. Lots places for kids to play and the gym was very good. Beach is very clean, has active lifeguards and clean water.

My room was fine, great view over the mountain but a little tired and worn. Needed refreshing, the fittings were old and shabby, but after COVID just being open was enough. Downside, lots of guests were heavy smokers. Nai thon beach is that, almost no facilities and dead after 9, so don't consider unless you want a quiet holiday. I did tho!

Great location and really tranquil surroundings with lots of pool and food options. the little shop on site was also great, as was the massage spa. The beach was a short walk across the road and there were lots of food vendors and restaurants to choose from all within a short walk. there is also a currency exchange and cash point nearby

WiFi was not good, and the room decor is looking a little tired, especially the bathrooms. the beds could be a little comfier too but perfectly fine

Its a basic hotel that is close to the airport. The hotel is a peaceful oasis! The property has many pools and kayak that the children enjoyed. It also has pool table and fooseball. The beach is just a stone throw from the hotel with a few cart vendors selling fruits and clothes. There’s many massage place outside the hotel too. There’s convenience store and vending machines in the property. It also has library, self-service laundry and bicycles available. The staff were understanding to allow us for early check-in as the children were unwell and had to wash up.

The beds were hard. The room is basic, which is acceptable for short stays. Like what some reviewers mentioned, there are mainly Russians occupying the hotel.

Absolutley Amazing! The location is fantastic with an uncrowed beach! crystal clear waters and with soft white sand and no rocks! Its just the perfect beach and location. The Resort is so beautiful with attention to detail in every part of the resort. The huge tropical garden is beautifully landscaped around the two mega swimming pools! one has natural white sand...Its to die for! Pool and resort maintence is 100% perfect in every way. We really loved both of the pool areas and all the areas for games/ reading. This hotel is massive and has lots of room for kids to run around. It is straight across from the beach and has a few good restaurants to select from for dinner. The rooms were a good size and had a nice view from the balcony, looking over the pool area.

There are many ants and these would get into our hotel room - they were everywhere! Although, the room would always been clean after the cleaner but they still would seem to come back.

Excellent staff, great pools, reasonably priced restaurant and inhouse mini-mart. Property is very well maintained and in excellent condition. Cleanliness is absolutely perfect (spotless for real.) I enjoyed my stay very much. It will be a great experience if you have the right mindset in terms of expectation management. This place is for relaxation and not close to nightlife.

worth noting that its a majority of Russian guest, I felt a little out of place there as I am not Russian I also did not receive much of a friendly vibe because if this. otherwise the hotel and amenities it’s self are really great and the gym is really well done.

This resort is awesome !! 2 big pools, right next to the beach, very spacious, very clean, cheap food and drinks, ping pong, pool tables, fuzbal and more... really good food (which in my experiences i dont get in other hotels at Phuket, was really positively surprised... I will be back for sure !!!

The only thing I could mention that i didnt like was staff at the restaurant, they were somehow not looking happy... There was no comunication, no greet from them, they somehow look bored when we order some food or drinks... That is really the only issue in this resort in my eyes, The other staff, cleaners and receptionists they are super friendly, but at the restaurant unfortunatelly not.

3rd stay and we will return. Large resort but well laid out. Beautiful landscaping,fountains, 2 pools, one with sandy beach 4 little ones and plenty of sunbeds at both. Extensive breakfast selection and restaurant very reasonable prices. On site mini mart & massage at street prices. Other restaurants along the street, souvenirs, pharmacy, clothing etc. Shaded beach areas, can't always swim in off season . All u need for a holiday here.

Hard to fault. Older style thai rooms but spacious . Few t.v. channels to watch, mostly thai, news , etc. No english movies. 2 blocks closed and were being completely refurbished and painted. Beds very firm . Typical of thai beds.
