beds were comfortable , the swimming pool and the breakfast were amazing.

the fact that you need to climb stairs to reach to your room. the rate is too expansive keeping in mind that you can not use the beach of the hotel due to the Tide. and there is no Gard or sign to warn you to walk to reach the water which far far far away from the Hotel which I found unsafe for the guest

Close to beach and airport, peaceful, 5 min walk along beach to street food, local shops where you can easily buy anything you have forgotten. Gorgeous beach where you can watch the planes fly low. Use BOLT app for taxi service to other locations to see how much a taxi will cost prior to vnenturing out (reasonable costs anyway), we did a lot of trips through VIATOR...... amazing time. Also go and see the elephants in the sanctuary..... made the whole trip worthwhile 🐘❤️

Food is very expensive here.... we didnt use these facilities at all.

Swimming pool and service was nice. The beach is also pretty quiet and clean. Overall everything is just standard nothing bad happened.

It's a bit boring. the garden view is kinda useless, not pretty at all. The location is really really bad for tourists. Only suitable if you'd like to be near the airport. Everything is expensive in the hotel (spa, food, massage) and because of the location you can't go to restaurants in walking distance. I end up getting delivery food. In my opinion not worth the price.

the resort is beautiful and the staff is outstandingly kind and caring! rooms are very clean and well maintained, goos restaurants and cocktails, pool so nice!

the location is nod far from the airport- no noise problem at all. but far from downtown phuket- took a bolt everywhere we went.

The restaurant by the beach called Mamma’s kitchen was quite good, they actually made nan bread better than the larger kitchen and the food was quite good. The manager there was very personable, along with very friendly other staff, and best of all the prices were quite reasonable, which is unusual for high end hotels. The Marriott there has landed on a great concept that deserves replicating to its other hotels.

The breakfast buffet was OK and would rate it 8.0. However, the hotel should re-think the Indian buffet items, since the items I tried lack Indian spices and taste. The nan bread wasn’t close to true Indian nan that is normally cooked in an Indian clay oven. Either do Indian right or not at all. On the beach, the hotel set up a volley ball court and small football field that my son and I enjoyed.

Great location in a bay with beautiful sandy beach, water channels concept at the property, nature, Very friendly staff, great custom drinks, overall ambiente!

Big Fish served good sea and international food but slightly overpriced especially that one discovers small print add ons, and service charge, and tax, and tips on top of the menu price,; a view on a construction site nearby, airport proximity (audible when on the beach but on the other hand entertaining to watch from the distance air traffic)

Well organised. All the little details catered for. Whilst was apparently busy it never felt it. Very good standard of food and drink. Brilliant location close to airport, but tucked away and on a private beach surrounded by jungle, didn’t feel like Phuket. Brilliant departure lounge option enabling us to spend the whole day at the hotel and have access to a great shower, lockers and lounge area before a night flight.

The family room we had was a bit small given we had two teenagers with us

The property is amazing so beautiful everything about to location/design/facilities. The pool is incredible. The beach is a lot more private than most hotel beaches in phuket. The location is super close tot he airport but felt remote. The food was fantastic!

The rooms and bathroom are full with mosquitos and every time it gets cleaned they are back again because the door is left open to clean. I think the design of the bathrooms is very dark and layout/damp environment means that mosquitos are attracted there is a lot of damp from the shower and bath being open to each other I think they need to be separated by a glass. Mosquito lamps should be provided as a solution.

I liked the balcony and its direct excess to the pool (although it was a bit scary for us as a family with two little girls). the breakfast the beach

their are no stores, or places that you you could go to in a walking distance, The only close one is about 15 minutes walking (Nai yang beach).

This was our second stay at the Marriot. We liked the location and the size of the room (upgrade on arrival, thank you), but can't say we used the swim up or cabana as we prefer the beach. The beach right outside the hotel is all right but it's far better further down the road - we knew this, and did not bother us. In fact, a good way to burn some calories after breakfast. :). Attentive staff at breakfast, although a bit confusing system for ordering coffee and eggs.. Nice touch was the note from the management recognizing us as returning guests.

Quality of the breakfast not as good as on our first trip there. This was especially evident when trying to find any kind of sauce or spread (I could not see anything but butter, which I dont eat), tiny selection of cold cuts - both meat and cheeses. Coming from another European chain hotel down the road one could definitely see the difference. Dont take my scope as a complaint.. just saying there's room for improvement.
