It was a great area, central to everything and it was easy to get to places. The room was very spacious, especially for a family. The pool was awesome too, could dip into the pool anytime we want. The price point was pretty good as well.

Had a little dusty smell when we got there but went away after a day or so The 2nd aircon seemed dusty when we turn it on.

Great location, close to Patong. Max 300 Baht to get to main strip of Patong. The staff were great. Food could’ve been better. The selection of breakfast buffet was limited. You have to catch a ride to your room if your staying in the pool access rooms. Furniture is abit outdated in room but still okay. You pay 3000 THB cash for security deposit NOT 5000 THB. Refer to their website it states 3000 THB. Take a pic and show reception, for some reason they will try charge 5000 THB.

Furniture and Food.

The resort has a good suit with essentially required items in the room. I liked the pool access with the room. The resort provides a 24 hrs reception to room transportation service. You just need to call the desk. Another good thing about the resort is that they have shuttle service to and from patong beach & Bangla road. Maybe four times a day. Suits are clean and have a hill view. Their breakfast options are well and organized. The pool, bar and restaurant are also cool. They provided beach towels and an umbrella which were helpful. Overall the resort is comfy, disciplined, clean and maintains a standard. And lastly this resort is definitely a good value for money.

Location is the main downside of this resort. You need to walk down or up through the hilly slop quit road if you want to go to the transport Hub of the city. If the resort authority keeps the provision of 24 hrs vehicle support up to and from the pearl circle that would be great. Round Soaps are very uncomfortable rather liquid soaps are preferable while planning daily washroom cosmetics . Also the resort should provide two pairs of one time slippers during daily house keeping.

the views were amazing. Pool area nice and not busy so good for relaxing. If you got a higher up room, you can call a car to pick / drop you off to your room instead of walking up the hill.

The shower taps are very weak and spa also takes 2 hours to fill up. Bad checkout service - We had to change rooms during our stay and at checkout they didn’t know anything about it so was confused which room we were in. They have you wait 5 mins to get your room checked before returning your deposit, they couldn’t find a cup in the room so made us wait longer, eventually they found it but after 20 minutes waiting time.. all because they couldn’t find a cup, which made us run late for our Ferry. We told them to just keep the deposit because we’ll be late but they still made us wait.

Rooms very spacious, clean, comfortable, and the infinity pool just right outside on the veranda has been the cherry on top! Staff very kind and available, special thanks to Pravit & Nancy, front desk managers.

Sometimes bit noisy. It would be nice to have a gym on site. Other than that hard to find anything else that wasn’t up to expectations.

PBHR was a great place to start our trip… RECOMMEND; TO GET POOL ACCESS SUITE (well that’s just us), it’s just a great convenience to swim at anytime without having to shuttle down to main pool area. definitely cheaper than our usual resort experience’s resort shuttle to go into town a few set times, but resort taxi 300baht, motorbike 100baht to get to Bangla etc.. taxi bike’s at resort entrance.

Loved the location, the view over the whole Patong bay, the room was a lovely lay out and bed was extremely comfortable, good air con, jacuzzi was lovely to chill out in. Staff very very helpful and the food in the restaurant was great. Had room service and lifts up and down from the hotel room

The water pressure in the shower was a bit average and during the day they were jackhammering two rooms down and doing renovations which was slightly annoying while we were trying to rest.

It’s location and service

It's linked with external services for bike rentals. There were two staff members: a woman and a man. The man was quite rude and initially refused to return my deposit, leading to an argument. It was only after threatening to report him to the hotel that he returned my deposit. The woman, on the other hand, was very pleasant. Also the man told me to go to police if I want.
