The hotel is in a very centric and ideal area in Old Town Phuket with easy access to tons of restaurants, coffee shops, stores, etc. The building is no too big but is perfect for the need. Has a rooftop with sofas, tables, chairs and lights. Pretty cozy. I loved there was daily cleaning and supplementary coffee, sugar, water and bathroom kit. Has a smart TV and small fridge. Bed was very comfy. When doing the check-in the reception gives you a map and recommendations around the area.

Everything was perfect except there was no window at all in the room. Felt pretty enclosed and zero natural light (unless you leave open the bathroom door but gets very noisy)

Room and beds are clean which is the main reason for booking this accomodation. It is within 5mins walking distance to Old Phuket Town market.

The shower didn't come with a curtain and water was splashing everywhere. They also do not provide hand towel.

Was clean, spacious and good distance to old town.

No lift but wasn’t that many steps

Upon entering the staff were very welcoming (and the smell was amazing - of the lobby not the staff haha). They gave us great tips were we could go around the city and we also rented a motorcycle from the hotel. The terrace on the top floor is accessible to all guests. We liked the big TV in the room as well preloaded with Netflix. Very clean hotel, with an awesome location.

There isn't much to fault here, maybe it's worth mentioning there's no lift which didn't bug us at all.

The hotel is a family business and they treat you like family. It is well kept, clean, located on a main street, close to down town, restaurants and local buses services. My room was very big, it was cleaned everyday and they provided bottle water and toiletries everyday. They also provide laundry services for a fee. I needed a ride to the airport bus terminal and the manager drove me on his scooter at 5:30 in the morning. I am thankful to him and the whole personnel for all their services.

No elevator, but took it as an opportunity to excersice.

Behind the simple exterior of this hotel is a lovely, warm family staff that provides clean, comfortable spacious rooms. It wasn’t enough toilet paper or soap, but otherwise, the people were very accommodating, warm, helpful, and would definitely come back here again. The beds were very very comfortable And the room is spacious.

My only concern was storing luggage while we were going on a day tour. They don’t have a separate area to store your luggage since it sits right next to the stairs where people go in and out. And while the staff is very trustworthy, I would be concerned leaving anything valuable, or special in that open, unintended area. I see they have video and safety surveillance so we felt safe overall… again a very lovely visit.

The bedroom was spacious and we paid extra to have a window after reading the reviews. The room was clean with no bugs, good air-con and a super comfy bed. There was a mini fridge with complimentary water and the staff were nice and helpful. The reception area also smelt lovely! Good value for money in a great location, short walk to phuket old town and surrounding cafes/bars.

The bathroom could have been cleaner as there was a used soap bar and hairs. The towels although clean had holes throughout. However, overall this wouldn’t put me off staying again!

The hotel is very close to Old town, but without being in all the Hazzle, the room was excellent... there is no breakfast, but many places nearby, witch are very good. The staff are super friendly and helpfull, feels like a family. I really recommend this place :-) and if I was a solo traveler, I would try the spacedorm it looks awesome

The entrance to the hotel is sometimes blocked by cars and motorbikes and is out to a busy street, can be hard to find for the first time, but that's the only. thing I can. say.

I think this was the most cleanest and comfiest room i have stayed in Thailand honestly. The interior of the room makes it very cozy, smart tv was a bonus as you can watch anything you want. Most comfiest bed i slept in a while. Staff was super friendly and very helpful, made us feel comfortable. They also have a rooftop balcony which is very cozy in the evening

The bathroom needs a bit of an update as it doesn’t look as new as the bedroom, but it was clean and it had the toiletries too which was great!

Room was good-- ac, bed, cable, etc. Property is taken care of. Close to old town market area.

Seems to be the only hotel in Thailand that is not near a convenience store. My only problem with the hotel is that everything is a 10-minute or longer walk away. They didn't lose points for this but their TV package doesn't have one non-Thai language channel. Most hotels will give you an international news channel in English. Could make the stay a bit better.
