Nice pool and seating facilities, clean rooms. Air conditioning at the training facilities. Close to the city without being in the center.

Cleaning lady tried to walk in unannounced 8am in the morning without knocking. Door was locked with chain, was kinda early to just walk in. Was annoying that I couldn’t keep the fan on in the bathroom if I left with my keycard. Was hard to get it to dry out. Internet didn’t work in my room. Was fine in the reception and pool area.

Lovely room. Very spacious. The bed was really comfortable. The pool was really nice and they had a lounge/chill area along with tables and chairs, with coffee/tea/hot water and refillable water facilities. These were available at any time which was a nice touch.

Not very close to the main area. It’s around 15-20 minute walk to the town centre.

The most comfortable, and biggest bed, I’ve had in Thailand. Close to old town (but very far from the Patong). Very clean and a really nice pool area.

Not the properties fault - but there’s a pub/club across the road that blasts music until around 4am. Usually my ear plugs block out all noise but I wasn’t able to block it out at all so did not get a good sleep. It might be different if staying on the other side of the hotel.

Easy to reach, walking distance to important places and venues in old town. The hotel was in good condition.

It was required us to book for breakfast one day before. (Even it was extra) Some cleaning lady started making noise in front od the room door early in the morning 6.30

Basic, clean and comfortable room that is excellent value for money, plus a 10-15 minute walk to the old town. Really helpful, friendly staff. Check in and out was simple and fast.

The room initially had the stale smell of old smoke which was a bit ick at first, but didnt bother us too much in the end.

I liked everything. It was a very last minute booking within two hours we had showed up at the hotel. We were greeted kindly and with a smile, our room was clean, bed was very comfortable and huge and air con worked brilliantly. Pool was also very nice. Really enjoyed my stay!

Clean and fairly central. Good facilities

On a busy road with nothing close by. 5 min walk to nearest shop, 10-15 mins to Old Town (restaurants, bars, shops etc.) Pool was small and didn’t have a lot of chairs but good to have to cool down.

Budget friendly accommodation. Pool was nice to cool down in. Few bean bags and loungers scattered around. Beds were comfy. Great for overnight stay. Staff were friendly . nice a quiet despite reviews saying lots of noise, I think we were lucky the night club appeared closed so we all got a good nights sleep!

Some dirty stains on sheets, room was basic and no separation from shower to toilet so everything gets wet but really it’s fine tbh

The hospitality was good, and the hotel is located in a very convenient location (near to Phuket Old Town). Room was very spacious for 3 people.

Basic items like soap, brush and a holder for toothpaste was not provided in bathroom. Also, the bathroom was very small and there was no clear split between latrine and shower area.

the staff were friendly and accommodating, the pool area seems nice and gets all day sun. the rooms were fine and the bed was big and comfortable (and very soft for Thai standards).

the bar next door is a little noisy at night if you’re travelling with kids or for work etc. it’s about a 15 min walk into the main area which was fine for us but maybe a little long for some. also, the river across the road smells absolutely putrid but luckily you can’t smell it from the room so that’s a plus!
