I was concerned that the central location of this hotel would mean street noise but this was not the case. I was very happy for my 11 night stay. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the air conditioning was brilliant. I enjoyed the room service for a couple of meals and breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Due to my flight times the hotel allowed me an early check in and late check out which I really appreciated. I would stay there again.

There were some noisy guests next door for 2-3 nights with children running up and down the hall and their TV very loud. Even after complaining it persisted.

Booked a 2-bedroon apartment. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were large and comfortable, with umbrellas provided for rainy Phuket weather. The location is smack in the middle of busy Soi Sansabai and we could Walk from the hotel to the beach with our elderly family members. Passed by many little cafes, tour operators, and massage parlours. Food at The La Lantern restaurant is tasty, we had lunch and dinner there too. In room dining/ room service was timely and had the same menu as the restaurant. Friendly cleaning, concieege and restaurant staff.

The hotel is surrounded by some abandoned buildings, so the view from our room was not great. There is no driveway up to the lobby, so taxis dropped us at the kerb, which was inconvenient when it rained. One of the front desk staff was a bit indifferent to guests. No irons or ironing boards in the room. Rooftop pool was run down. Despite that, i would recommend the place for tourists who want to wander around Patong and Bangla area.

The location was perfect very close to the Phuket nightlife. room was nice and decent. the restaurant had great food and friendly staff. totally was perfect for my family for a 7-night stay. just the hotel reception staff wasn't very friendly and hadn't any smile on their face. The pool was clean and nice, one on the roof and one in a back yard. Thanks, guys

Breakfast's a very mixed bag. Except for eggs omelettes no bacon. Baked beans cold. I do not like Asian for breakfast Access to pool on ground floor no hand rails for entry Door to the pool tricky to lock

The 2 bedrooms apartment was very comfy, spacious and clean. It's obvious that is was newly renovated. The parking was an adding value to our stay. Near the hotel there are a lot of restaurants, shops and a mall. Walking distance to the Patong Beach.

It's only that when it rains the water flow over the street infront of the hotel. Just infront of the hotel and other streets you can walk normally even when it rains. I didn't expect the street to be so crowded especially at night. I don't recommend it with kids. I only booked this hotel for being in the center, had parking and 2 connecting rooms.

Amazing location. Super friendly staff and security. Not too noisy even being right on the main strip. Everything is in walking distance. Even when we had troubles with loud neighbours the staff sorted it out fast for us. Great location at a great price. I'd give it a 9/10. If you're planning to party or just explore the main strip of Phuket this is the place to stay.

The resort restaurant was abit over priced and breakfast was not much variety. But was still nice to eat. It wasn't a very kid-friendly hotel either. I didn't see a kids club, babysitting offering or anything kids could just chill out with while there, but being so close to the mall and everything else it's not that big of deal. The main thing is the room Could do with a microwave and some utensils such as cutlery.

The location was perfect, as central and walking distance to everything we needed. Staff were super helpful, and we stayed in a room that was perfect for my siblings and I! We utilised the gym and both pools during our stay, and also booked ATV with hotel staff and probably one of the highlights of our trip! We really enjoyed our time in Phuket as first timers despite the rain, we will definitely be back and will recommend Lantern to our friends and family, especially due to it central location!

They did not have iron machine which is important to travellers.

Location, excellent for beach, nightlife and shopping. The swimming pools are very pleasant and often very quiet. Rooms are large and light. Cleaning staff are excellent. Restaurant area is good with excellent breakfast choices as well as lunch and evening meals.

Sometimes other guests can be noisy in the corridors. There doesn't seem much sound proofing between rooms, so you can be unlucky if another guest in a room next to you is noisy.

Really nice rooms and good standard of accommodation in a good location. Room was large as was the bathroom which included a bath. Bed was comfortable and huge and the bed linen was very good.

No balcony in the room we had. Availably TV channels were quite limited. Prices in Patong have really escalated this year and have more than doubled when compared to this time last year. Patong itslef is crowded and busy and transport prices remain exorbitant as they have been for many years. Traffic is very busy.
