The location is great and the room size is a little smaller compared to the 2 queen Beds. I missed the pool due to my busy schedule. The arrangement of breakfast was simply superb. Hotels should keep arrangements for Airport transfer with minibus.

The travel desk and the beds. Hardly any staff for offering any service. Late check in for even 1 hour extra was declined.

Great location. The hotel is close enough to bangla road to see and experience this part of phuket but was also far enough away to not be disturbed by the noise. The hotel had a good gym and a decent size swimming pool. There are plenty of restaurants and shops near the hotel which serve food at reasonable prices. The only downfall was paying a 2000 baht deposit on arrival. Although we understand the need for this, it was our last stop on our trip which meant we ran out of cash and had to pay on our card instead. We have returned home with the 2000 baht rather than spending it on the last few days. There is a pool table in the front bar/restaurant. You need to buy a drink to play for free. This is a shame for customers staying at the hotel. Overall great hotel and would recommend.

The bed was soft and the air condition was problematic in regards water/condensation built up in the room quite a lot. We were told not to open the balcony door which is ridiculous.

Staff were super friendly and always willing to help. They smiled and made the atmosphere feel very welcoming and homey. They made the experience better than expected.

Nothing. Maybe the fact that the hotel didnt have any spa facilities and the gym closed pretty early. (Should be 24 hours) The gym opening times were odd. Also I think the breakfast needed to be slightly more inclusive in terms of diversity,

Thw Staff were amazingly polite and friendly. The hotel was close to bars and restaurants and a short 15 minute walk from the beach. The rooftop pool was nice but there were not enogh sun beds to meet demand.

Breakfast was rather predictable and didn't sufficiently cater for Western tastes. Breakfast was available between 6:30 and 11:00am but the Oriental and Indian offerings were not kept warm enough. The TV channels were not to our liking and the only English speaking news channels were Aussie ABC and Al jazeera. The satellite channels kept going off and I had to reset several times.

The location was good, and the breaky was good. The staff were polite and professional. The travel agent in the lobby was ok, we sorted the elephant and taxi from them

The bed was too small, you couldn't smoke on the balcony. The bond was 2000 baht. This needs to be put in the information payment, just for the traveller to be organised an prepared.

We stayed here for 15 nights and it was such a great experience. We went for our honeymoon. The staff were absolutely lovely, the room was clean and tidy, the food at the restaurant within the hotel was amazing and the price was good as we ordered and ate there too. Location was great in our opinion as it close to night markets, a short distance from the beach and Bangla Rd. All we can say is we had an amazing time and we’ve booked again for next year. It was clean guys like really clean. And the staff were just outstanding. Like wow!!! Kind, generous, always ready to help and ready to give advice for sight seeing. Great people right up to the restaurant they were hospitable.

They forgot to pick me up from the airport and I was stranded for about 2 hours despite having paid for the pick up. Thankfully there were vendors at the airport that sold simcards and talk time. Otherwise I did not know how it would have turned out had said vendors not been there. They were very apologetic about this though. Also the pool and pool area is a tight fit bit it is a budget hotel. So do not anticipate a massive infinity pool.

The room was spacious with a large bathroom. The wifi worked perfectly every day. Location was excellent, only 5 minutes work to tbe beach and central to everything. The breakfast was good, but needs more tropical fruits provided. Nice roof top pool. The staff are very freindly and the room was cleaned every day.

The rooms are not sound proofed. The gym is quite small.
