The room was good, very spacious and very clean. The hotel is a few meters away from the beautiful Katanoi beach. There are a few restaurants around the hotel, you can easily get food delivered by Grab, and Kata beach area is a ride away for a lot more restaurants and cafes. We were given 2 bottles of water everyday. And the room cleaning was also daily. The AC works really well. There’s a smart tv, a fridge and a kettle in the room. We decided to extend our stay in Phuket last minute, so we booked this hotel for a week and didn’t regret it.

The bedding was a bit stained but it was clean, so it didn’t really matter. When booking online I was only charged partially for the room, on arrival I had to pay the rest and they have a 4% charge if using a bank card. The mattress was a bit hard but we slept comfortably.

Placed not far from the nice beach of Kata Noi. Clean and good space in the room. Good aircondition and nice balcony.

Steep stairs and no lift, difficult with luggage or if people are not in good condition, even if it was only 2 floors up. A bit noice from the street. Reception only from 09.30 - 15.00, gave us problems with refund of deposit for extra key, since we left 07.30, and the reception lady did not transfer as agreed before we called Booking.com in Thailand, and they called her.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms with plenty of light. A relaxing feel.

I wish the shower had a door, to protect the bathroom floor from getting wet. Everything else was excellent!

I loved the room, the staff was so nice and accommodating, it was convenient to the beach and shops and restaurants.

they ran out of water a couple of times and I couldn’t shower or flush the toilet but there were very nice about it

Super little Bijou hotel, nicely located with super friendly staff. Great value for money. Would definately recommend this hotel for a peaceful holiday break. It isn't a full service hotel but there are so many local dining spots it doesn't need to be. If you want a clean value for money hotel with friendly staff where you just want a room for the night - it is difficult to beat the Mantra.

No lift to the upper floor, but it wasn't really an issue. All in all a super place with the friendliest staff. Highly recommended.

Hotel is nice, rooms are good, you have everything you need there. restaurants, bike rental, 7-11, fruit shop are nearby. staff is helpful

Great value hotel in the very quiet area of Kata Noi. Location is amazing, less than 1 minute to Kata Noi, 7-Eleven and restaurants/street food. The beach is good for beginner surfers as there are no crowds. Staff were very helpful, lending us umbrellas in the rain and recommending scooter rental. Rooms were cleaned everyday.

Not really the hotels problem but Kata Noi is very quiet and out of the way. Renting is scooter is recommended to get out the bay area.

Small but cosy, nice beach area

Location makes it easily walkable to beach, restaurants and shopping. Comfortable room with hot shower and a nice balcony. It's close enough to be in the action, but surprisingly quiet. There's a 3rd party motorbike rental there that opens around 9:30 am with fair prices.

Nothing- it was great! Our 2nd floor room didn't have an elevator, which we didn't mind, but others might have trouble with.
